It's Confirmed - JJ Abrams and Episode VII
 Peg this one as one the rumor mill got right. The Official Site has indeed confirmed that J.J. Abrams will direct Star Wars: Episode VII. As a fan of Alias and LOST, I’m looking forward to see what he can bring to the Star Wars Universe (and yes, I too am tired of lens flare jokes already).
