Medicom RAH Jedi Luke
Debuting at the Parco Be@rbrick Show in Japan, and now appearing in an Asian Magazine is the Real Action Hero Jedi Luke Skywalker made by Medicom (the maker of Kubricks). He will retail for around $120 in Asia. Real Action Heroes are around 10"-12" tall and are vinyl preposed staues. Playskool Jedi Force
Hasbro will be launching a new line this fall and JediDefender sponsor Entertainment Earth has the details. Sort of akin to the Spiderman and Friends line by Toy Biz, Hasbro is looking to aim this line at the preschoolers who are too big for the Galactic Heroes and perhaps a little too small for the Big Boy line of Action Figures. There looks to be at least three initial sets

Episode III Title... at SDCC???
MisterPL, a fine member of the JediDefender forums, lets us know through his channels that there are rumblings that the Episode III title may be unveiled at the San Diego Comic Con next month. The event takes place July 22 through the 25th and has a significant Star Wars slant this year. We'll find out real soon, so for now, check out another rumor printed in USA Today. ROTS...not bad!

Exclusive Carded KUBRICK Sandtrooper!
JediDefender, your SW home for Kubricks on the net, courtesy of forum member boba_jp of the Japanese Website Slave_1, brings you pics of another upcoming exclusive carded Kubrick figure. This time its a black pauldroned Sandtrooper! He joins Boba Fett, Luke Skywalker and Droids R2-D2 in the carded Kubrick club. He will be available this weekend at the Medicom Toy Exhibit (where hopefully they will announce Series 3!) but not to the general public. No word on a production run so we have no idea how rare this little guy will be, but it seems to be a pretty limited deal. Stay tuned for all your Kubricky goodness here at JD!

As we reported yesterday StarWarsShop.com will have an Exclusive Figure this fall. The word on the street is that this will be an OTC Emperor Palpatine. Not sure if this will be a recarded Saga figure or a new sculpt at this time. Experience from the OTC line indicates a recard. Keep tuned for more info as we receive it.
UPDATE: Reader Ed points out that OTC could mean a "Vintage" styled Emperor in the same vein as the other 12 VOTC figures.

Japanese etailers RoboChris brings us the first look at the Packaged Jedi Council Screen Scenes. All SW product this fall up until Episode III will be adopting the new Black and Silver retro look. Scene 1 will include Yoda, Qui-Gon and Ki Adi Mundi, while Scene 2 has Plo Koon, Obi-Wan and Eeth Koth. All 4 JC sets are TRU exclusives and will be released in the June/July time frame.
