Spike TV Star Wars Marathon & LFL Archive Feature
Spike TV is airing a Star Wars Labor Day Marathon this weekend! Starting Saturday to Monday, the marathon will also feature the stars of the Spike series Auction Hunters delving into the LFL archives to look at Collectibles and Props/Costumes from the series!

 Say It Ain't "No!", Some Changes Confirmed
  
The New York Times is reporting that, at least one of the Blu-Ray changes, Vader yelling "No!" in ROTJ, is indeed happening. Fans are pretty much reeling over this news. Blu Ray Scene Fixes

Target Getting Older Vintage Waves

K-Mart Resetting Also
Not to be outdone by Wal-Mart and Target, K-Mart is also doing store resets. With the resets comes new product. I saw about 3 full cases of Vintage Wave 6, Vintage B-Wing, and more put out at my local store recently, from fairly bare pegs and shelves.

We got a report from forumite TheSon that Wal-Mart is putting out some new product, including the new Deluxe Figure w/Vehicle sets, with their toy aisle resets. This coincides with word that new items shipped to Wal-Mart stores, but weren't to be out till resets were done, though some made their way out.

A new Clone Wars Season 4: Battle Lines trailer has turned up thanks to TheForce.net. The war will progress 9/16 at 8:00 PM, EST with a 1-hour premiere. The trailer introduces some new Season 4 characters, and Anakin's continuing descent into darkness.

You really need to check out the second Star Wars Saga On Blu-Ray Trailer that just turned up! It gets you fired up for more bonus material goodness, and it's cool to see the Alternate Cantina Sequence shot in B&W will apparantly make it to the extras since it's a unique take on the classic scene.

Deluxe Fig w/Vehicle Prices Leveling Out
It was nice while it lasted, but it seems Target is correcting the pricing error on their Deluxe Figure w/Vehicle line. People were reporting getting some of the new sets for near $5, however last night I found some of the notorious sets and they were up to full price now. Some deals may still be out there though, so it's worth trying.

Legal Tender Star Wars Coins?
It's apparantly happening, as the New Zealand Herald article points out. The $2 coins are LFL sanctioned, and will only be able to be used in Niue... though if you want a 4-coin set, it'll set you back $469NZ ($381.57US) for them! There is no end to what LFL will approve.

UPDATE: Toys R Us Sale - 8/7 to 8/13
Toys R Us is running another 2-For-$10.99 sale on Star Wars, G.I. Joe, Marvel and more. As usual, it isn't likely that Vintage figures will be included despite the ad saying all Star Wars, but that's become quite the norm at this point.

Yellowing Fleet Trooper Helmets?
Will the yellow ever end? I recently picked up an extra Vintage Rebel Fleet Trooper at Target, and found that his helmet is distinctly yellow compared to my original figure from Entertainment Earth. It's not as prominent in the picture as it is in person, but it's definitely different enough I noticed it. In the photo, the yellowed helmet is on the left, and the right figure is crisp white. This may be an isolated incident, but something to watch for.
