I am quite interested in knowing what our members and readers would like to see at the site, so here is the place to let us know. Tell us what we are doing right, what we are doing wrong, and what you want to see. :)

I'm not sure if it's do-able, but it'd be cool if we had a Star Wars role-playing game here. We started a LOTR one over at JF, and it's quite entertaining. Just a suggestion, though. :)

Well, here it goes.
After over a year and 3 months of duty at CreatureCantina.com, I called it quits today. Just felt a little unappreciated, and with 10 staff members, it was really hard to conjure up anything unique, much less comical, for the Star Wars humor site.
What I was going to propose is this. Perhaps on the main page we can have a little comic relief? Just a weekly segment pertaining to the Star Wars collecting community, collectors everyday life, the ups and downs, etc. I say that because I wrote situational comedies involving actual cjaracters, and it just got so, so stale.
So, if this sounds feasible, or if you like the idea in general of having a little "Lighter side of collecting" type segment for the main page, LMK. I fully donate my time and services for such a cause, because I love writing, and I think it would go much more appreciated here.

Id like to see something forum oriented -
The other sites, after you leave the forums (close the browser, go to a different site), the threads are automatically marked as read. I usually forget to hit the mark as read button when I visit, so Im often going into threads for stuff I just finished reading. When you have a really latent connection, it gets a little annoying. Other than that, Im happy! :)

I can't think of much as far as the forums go. This is probably one of the nicest groups of forum people that I've come across.

I'd like to see a section devoted to the Unleashed figures, they are awesome, too bad I have to buy them online

Those, however, fall in the Saga category, and I highly doubt a section would be devoted just to the Unleashed line. I could be wrong on that though, so don't quote me. ;) There just aren't enough figures to devote an entire section to. That's my $0.02.

We've tossed around the idea of throwing the Unleashed figures in with the current 12" figures in what would be the "Big Fig(ure)" forum... We didn't pull the trigger on it though, and 12" still stands alone by itself in that forum. Anyone think the two should be merged together? We'd be open to the idea if the interest was there, and no one had a major gripe about it. Let us know what you think!

Do 12" collectors collect by line (Vintage, POTF2, etc...) the way 3 3/4" collectors do? If so, shouldn't they enjoy the category divisions, too? Unless they're content having a one-stop forum to discuss all things 12" scale, I say include them in the existing line forums. It's not like there's an over-abundance of 12" product to discuss in the Saga line anyway.

Nah, keep it the way it is. If people want to discuss Unleashed they know to look in the most recent line available. Persoanlly I think 12" should work this way as well but I can see why it's not due to the enormous amount of people that are into that particular aspect of Star Wars merchandise. Maybe after the Unleashed line has been out for a year or two and it's developed a far broader fan base you could try to give them it's own home.

At least, not until Hasbro wins all of our hearts and makes an Unleashed Ewok... then, and only then, Hasbro will "make the world smile" (or is that McDonalds?)
I think that the 12 inch, Applause, and the Unleashed should probably share a home... They are all sort of "dolls", you know?

Dolls - yes. I own zero 12" figures.
Unleashed Ewok? Never, I say never. I mean come on, are ya gonna hug it while it stabs ya, or what? ;)

I own several Applause and a 12 C3PO, so I really wasn't meaning anything by "dolls", that's just what they are in my opinion. ::) You want an Unleashed Ewok, not only do you want it, but you demand it, just like everyone else. >:(
