Title: Annoying someone on the Internet is now a federal crime!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suddenly the overall usage of USENET drops by 98% and 3 out of 5 forums close shop.

I think it's hilarious that the US wold pass a law with this section in it. Seriously, who is going to ever enforce this? And how is it going to be enforced outside the US? It's just another example of how government has NO comprehension of technology.
