Looks like we've finally got some official confirmation (http://www.starwars.com/collecting/news/misc/news20060621.html#hljs) on this one being available again at SDCC...

This limited Titanium Series ship, which was available to a privileged few at this year's Toy Fair, will again be available in extremely limited quantities, this time sporting the Comic-Con logo inside the package to maintain its venue exclusivity. This will only be available at the convention.
