Title: Custom Longhorn Clone Trooper

Well, after opening my gift from LJ, I had to post pics of the custom Longhorn Clone Trooper (done by the one & only CHEWIE).  Awesome work and a real surprise on Christmas Day!  Thanx guys!  This brought a smile to my face!  Now, to create a small squadron called the "Longhorn Battalion".   8)

CHEWIE perfectly painted the Longhorn Clone, but the idea/design is all LJ, including the display case.

Dude its even got the Longhorn logo on his helm!!!. Now if only it was a troy smith buckeyes trooper :P

Yes Chewie is one of the best customizers out there!! When I came up with the idea for SA's gift, I knew who I immeddiately who I would turn too to get the project done!!!  He painted the figure exactly how I wanted him too, it was done to perfection!! I could not have asked for a better custom! The colors, the attention to detail, everything is perfect!

If anyone ever needs custom work done to specifications, I would not hesistate to recommend Chewie!! I only wish he did this full time!!  Hey Chewie, quit your dayjob, become a professional customizer!!  ;D

Oh and SA, once I had finished the shadow box, you don't know how hard it was to send it off to ya!! ;)

Amen to that, justin and owen are definately the best out there for commision work.

That's just too cool. I think you guys just came up with a new Hasbro/Lucasfilm/NCAA Footbal license. ;)

I've got to admit that is one fine looking clone trooper. I'd expect nothing less from Chewie. Good idea to put it in a shadow box. I think it would be even cooler to be part of a trophy of some kind.

I never realized there was a thread on this figure.  I'm glad you like it SA.  Lady Jaye did a great job helping with the design, and it looks cool in the special case she got for it.  It would also look cool in a running pose if possible, with a football.   :D

Not too far back, a few pages. I was actually looking for some of Sarge's dioramas for reference for a project I'm getting ready to start, and happened to notice a thread on this.
