I was a bit surprised to see that too; not to mention that JD is included in each and every Hasbro Q and A round-up report they do. Maybe there isn't as much hostility as was once thought :-*

Curto's a good guy, I'm not surprised that he did a spotlight on it. Very glad that he did just like everyone else. He's got the resources to promote customizing more than anyone that I know, so it's nice to see him still doing that some.

Agreed Chewie. I got to hang with Dan far too little, but enjoyed the time I did spend chatting.

It's not the management so much that has the hostility. It's the board members. ;D ;)
