I was told I should introduce myself to you all. My name is Simon and Im and Aussie living in Japan. I collect Kubircks mostly, but also love GI Joe and Star Wars (as do we all, I guess)
If you've ever got anything you want to know about toys in Japan, Ill be happy to try and help you out.
Nice to meet you all!! ;D

Heh, no green tinnies for you in Japan I reckon. Greetings and welcome to the friendliest SW site on the net.

Hey Simon, welcome to JediDefender! Glad to have another Kubrick enthusiast aboard! This seems to be the place to talk Kubricks, as quite a few of us collect these cool little figures! So I guess I should go ahead and tell you that if you'd like to make friends really quick around here, please track down about 10 or so sets of the carded Boba Fett and Luke Kubricks from the recent Medicom Exhibition for us for CHEAP, and we'll let you be one of the gang here! ;D
But if you can't swing that for some reason, I suppose we'll let you hang out anyways... ;) Looking forward to seeing you around the boards here. Enjoy JD, and let us know if you need anything! BTW, what's an Aussie doing out in the Land of the Rising Sun (Japan)?

Hi there Simon, I like your name :) I might change mine to “He Will Not Be Permanently Damaged” ;D

oh hi hello!
-
Thanks everyone.
Cheap carded Kubrick figures? Looks like I wont be making any friends quickly. But Ill hang if its OK!
Whats an Aussie doing in Japan? Same as every other ex-pat I guess - chasing money!! Unfortunetly, all mine goes back into the local toy ecomony and keeps me broke, thus meaning I cant go back home.
;D ;D
