Title: Anyone from the Minneapolis/St. Paul area?

I'm moving my family to the Twin Cities area in 2 weeks from Canada (we're US citizens, coming back home after a year away). I'm looking for work (anything that a 33-year old, educated fellow could do) and housing (rental mostly--house sitting opportunities would be fine). Please let me know if you know of anything. It's much appreciated.

I think there's a couple guys from that area around here, but they never talk.   ;)

Stop in over there and introduce yourself with a bit more info (like where in the Cities you'd like to live/work) and we'll see if we can't be of some help to you... :)

LMAO!  We have a pretty large MN chapter (see Jeff's linky above) and meet up monthly to hang out if you're interested. What kind of work are you looking for?  MAybe someone in the group can help out. Welcome to Minnesota, eh!

Yeah, I'm from the area. A west-sider. We have our little rivalries with the east-siders in regards to who find figures first.  ;) We don't go as far as colors, though.  ;D

Can't help it if everything is better here in MN. At least we are not getting snow (AGAIN) this week, unlike those guys in Colorado.
