With the holidays right around the corner, I'm going to have to take this list down, since I won't really have much free time to get my ass to the post office to ship out this stuff. I have a few people who I am working deals with at the moment, so don't worry about you guys (you know who you are), and after the holidays I'll get a new list together and re-post it.
