Went down the toy clearance aisles at a Walmart that hasn't seen many new SW action figures in a while and found they were clearancing all their 12" Dengars and Zuckuss Action Figures for $10 a piece!!! I could not believe my eyes! But I could believe it when I looked in my wallet and found nothing to buy them with. They were stocked though, so hope to return and find a couple of each. I encourage everyone to check their local walmart for similar clearancing prices. Too good to pass up!

Went to Washington last week and the 12" figs were $16.00, did get the Jango for $21.00. Do Tagets and Walmarts in different states price things differently?

I went to KMart today and found 12" figures reduced from 1999 to 1300. I thought that was an excellent price. Check out KMart. It may have been just a store sale then agian it might be a chain sale. :)

Most of the older ones. Super Battle Droid, Zam Wessel, Count Dooku, Clone Trooper. I think they were trying to get rid of the figures. They did not have much of anything else.

Its the same here where I live, 13.00 for Dooku Wessel & SB Droid, (Missoula MT).

Yeah I've seen Dooku, Zam and Super Battledroid at kmart for $13 and more recently at a KBtouys for $10 ;)
I'd like a Dooku but I want other things first. Now if they'll jsut drop the price on the 12" Clone Troopers at KB :-[

In my wife's small home town in NC, found the republic gunship, geoosian arena and 12" ultimate jango for $21 each. Will be going back this coming weekend (weather permitting) and hope to get the gunship. 8)

Well, they're not as cheap as they were when you provided that link but they are on clearance now (and only $1.00 more than the sale).
There are a few other 12" dolls on clearance also, it looks like KB is clearing a lot of stock from the warehouse!! :)

I know that all 12" figs were between $5 and $10 at Targets by me, but that only last a couple of weeks.

Does anyone have any tips for saving dough at Sideshow? I'm about ready to cave on some crazy expensive Hot Toys figures, so figure dI would check for sales or promo codes first. Thanks!

Unfortunately, any new item will not have a discount. They do give you points for each item that you purchase that you can use to discount future prices. However, there are a couple things to note. First, you don't actually earn the points until about 30 days after the purchase. Second, if you use points to purchase an item, you do not earn points on that item. In that respect, it is better to use points on a cheaper item or to save up enough points to purchase an item for free or near free. I believe you get one point per one dollar in item price and each point is worth a penny.
In terms of Hot Toys, if they are anything like the Marvel line, they usually sell out and hold their price on the secondary market so finding a bargain is quite tough.

Well if you want Hot Toys and want to save money, best to buy them as released and waiting. I dont often see them every really sell below retail.

I received a Sideshow item and it included a postcard with a $25 coupon code "SPRING2013". It is only valid on pre-order and in-stock items announced prior to March 1 (i.e. Chewbacca Premium Format not eligible).
