Hey guys, I just found Jedi Defender today and I was so impressed that I joined the forums! After opening most of my collection the other day, I'm more excited about collecting than ever!

I collect 3.75" SW figs, SW comics, and from time to time, SW trading cards. I'm working on completing a loose set of vintage, and thinning out some POTF2 and Saga stuff. These days I only buy what I like, and I open just about everything. Going overboard on E1 merchandise taught me some lessons.

I look forward to having some great conversations!

Welcome to JD, Firebat.  Enjoy the site, and give us a holler if you've got any questions about anything.

So since you've recently been opening up a lot of your collection, does that mean you just converted from being a carded collector?  Either way, whatever brings you the collecting joy, is the way to go.  Sounds like that's what you've found, so good for you!  Good luck with that vintage collection too.

Thanks for the welcome you guys! And yeah, I have converted from carded to loose. I couldn't stand the sight of all those POTJ cards anymore, plus, keeping stuff in boxes just takes up space and collects dust!
