I see these threads almost everywhere nowadays, so I figured we could join them. :)
Just so this page doesn't take forever to load, links would be preferable.
I'll go first:

Hope that works. Also, for those of you who don't know how to to a screen capture, just minimize your windows until you see the desktop, press the "Print Scrn/SysRq" button, then go to paint and click on "Paste", under the "Edit" button. This is for Windows users anyway.

Ack! :o
BOOOO!!! Now what have I told you about talking/showing Star Trek on a Star Wars site Chris?!? Shame on you! ::) :P
Better revise that desktop immediately and repost! ;) ;D
-
Oh, there I go AGAIN. Shame on me. The story behind that is well I admit to liking Star Trek: The Next Generation and only The Next Generation. I am by no means a Trekkie. I chose that desktop back in December because it was neat looking before the movie came out. It is still there because it is a nice dark color with good color shades, not because I am a crazed fan. Well, there is that Star Trek site I have going... but we won't get into that! ;) :o

Since Boba asked me to, here's mine. I'm gonna change it to an all AOTC theme soon. :)

Funny Brad, your desktop is different in some way than everyone else's. I just can't pinpoint it. :D ;)
-
Brad, how do you like your Apple computer? Just curious.

Yea, I got a G4 Macintosh... To be completely honest, the only good thing about it, is the graphics, and from what I've seen XP is just as good. I'd be fine with Mac, if it werent for the following facts:
1) Mac has few games, specifically, it won't be getting a Galaxies port thing... So while all of you are having fun being a stormtrooper, I'm working on my Photoshop...
2) This Mac crashes all the time. Ask Chris, whenever I'm doing some graphics work, I will crash at least 1 time during the creation of a graphic. Now, look at JediDefender.com's mainpage, I've done a ton of those graphics, and I can say I've crashed probably over 50 times working on this site.
3) Half of this fancy flash/java stuff won't work. I rarely can enter a chat room (for some reason I was able to enter the JD chat room today)...
Basically, I hate it.

My G4 is flawless. :P
Here's my desktop (remember, you asked):

I was just in Yosemite last year for a wedding. Absolutely breathtaking place, especially when there's snow like when we were there. I see why Ansel Adams spent so much time there!
If anyone visits Yosemite in the future, I'd highly suggest you take along your John Williams Greatest Hits CD(s), and blast the Jurassic Park theme while you're cruising around the valley floor in your car. It's a perfect fit for the majestic, awe-inspiring beauty that surrounds you there! :) My wife and I must've played that song at least 50 times over 4 days there... :o
Very much looking forward to returning soon!

We went to Yosemite in '00 the year of the big Fires out west. There was kind of a haze all over the valley which made for not so ideal viewing conditions. Which is a shame really because it made Yosemite one of the least favorite parts of the trip for me, even though the valley has some of the most stunning vistas in the world. I want to go back when it looks like it does in my wallpaper...where you can actually see all the way to Nevada :'(

I thought I would bump this back up to the top, especially with all the new JediDefender members here. My wallpaper has changed since last time, and here's what mine looks like...
