Ok, let's play a game!
Let's see who can guess the San Diego Comic-Con/Wizard World-Shicago Gentle Giant Exclusive!
I am doing this same contest on different forums on other popular Star Wars collecting sites.
Whoever figures out exactly what Gentle Giant will give us this summer at the Summer Conventions (SDCC and Wizard-Chicago) will get an assortment of Gentle Giant Bust-Ups from me for free! The prize will include:
Luke Bust-Up
Han Solo Bust-Up
Stormtrooper Bust-Up
the Bust-Up card that was given away at Celebration 3 (it is the card on the top left shown HERE (http://www.soundgirlmusic.com/ebay/maul.jpg) ).
I will also throw in an assortment of freebies I have gotten in the last month...like a set of Walmart SW Gift Cards, ROTS red wristband from C3 and a few other suprises ;)
The winner will be chosen from all the forums I will be posting this at.
Contest ends as soon as Gentle Giants announces their Summer Exclusive.
Rules:
1. One guess per member
2. If more than one person guesses correctly, I will randomly pick a winner among those that guessed correctly.
3. If nobody gets the exact guess whichever comes closest in my opinion gets the lot.
4. If you are picking a character like an E3 Clone Trooper (which has the potential of coming in many different color schemes) you must state which color scheme you are picking, maybe even show a pic.
This is not sponsored by JediDefender or Gentle Giants......just something I thought I would do for fun.

Sounds fun, Rod. I'll have to ponder the possibilities for a bit and get back to you...
Are we allowed to change our guess later on, if we want? (assuming no new information comes out)
BTW, where'd you get that Bust-up card there? That was at C3? If so, I totally missed it... :-\

I would have been wrong at a guess if I had read this earlier but seems GG has picked today to announce the item. Very cool, I might add, but since I have none to begin with, I can pass on this one too :P.

I actually almost mentioned in my earlier reply up there that it'd be funny if GG came out in the next day or two and announced the exclusive, ruining Rod's contest here. Huh. Sorry Rod! But hey, it's the thought that counts... Maybe the first reply to your thread deserves to win the prizes instead, eh? :P

Bummer! Yet, I wonder if they might not announce something else a little later...it seems kind of odd that all they will do is a Bust-Up.
Well, let's try this......let the guesses keep coming.
If no SDCC "full size but" is announced in the next two weeks............I'll figure out something else then.

I think Rod's probably moved on to other things at this point, since GG ruined the contest and announced their SDCC exclusive a few hours after he posted his contest here...
