Though it does not have the red firing mechanism, it still is a nice pice to have in a collection.

How much do they usually run? And how often do they come up for sale?

They do come up but once in a blue moon. A very rare figure it is.
Cloud City had one awhile back that was I guess dirty that did not sell & was relisted but it looks like it was cleaned & it never sold.
