12" Figures / Re: 12" Clone Wars figures. Good idea, or not?
« on: December 12, 2003, 10:06 PM »
I would definetly buy a 12" arc in either colour and a Asajj Ventress (need a 12" chick with lightsabers) Not sure if they could do a good enough version of Durge. Kitfisto would also be good if they could get his face right

The Wookiee Arcade / Re: Jedi KNight 3

I played the demo and I will be the first one in line to get it. You can choose light saber type, dual sabers or double like Maul's. There is alot of awesome  Lightsaber moves and of course force powers. Just a few more days......

I have a m/c (Wells Fargo) for work and it turns out their head office is in the U.S., simple as that. I figured it would get turned down since the billing address is in Canada but both orders came through. They did turn down me CIBC visas in the past.
Seems they made my billing address someplace named Cherrypoint, Washington (never been there never heard of it) and shipped to my Blaine Wash. addy.

I think I mentioned about the K.B. gift cards, you can use them online so if you have a friend in the states that can get one for you, you only need the number off the card to order, not the card. I have done this in the past.

Thanks for the info on the cupon jadesfire, used the 20% off any amount, saved me a bundle, worth keep your eyes out for them.

I have had success with ordering from K.B. online and "I am Canadian"
Is there anywhere you guys post cupon codes for K.B. for free shipping, discounts ect?

I collect LOTR and chances of me finding the new figs on my trips to the U.S. are slim to none and there is no way to find out if they will come to Canadian retail :'(

Seen  the set up close and personal, great for customizers when it goes on sale. Believe it was $39.99 or so.

Comand centre

Unfortunatly I have most of my stuff boxed up for lack of space. If I could stop buying more stuff every day I might be able to afford a bigger house  ;D

The entire collection can be found here: http://www.dgm-laminating.com/koda/ , this is about 1/4 of what i actually have, but it is enough to dust for now.

12" Figures / Re:New Han, Lando Skiff Guard & AT-ST Driver...
« on: February 8, 2003, 01:03 AM »
Gonna grab smooth talking Lando for sure and maybe the At-st driver, should look decent with his shades on. Problably wait for Han to drop in price big time. Is it just me being picky or are the 12" line getting worse as time progresses? Dooku is cool but the new anikan , padme and leia/carbonite look like Ken and Barby.

Guess I have seen too many Dragon Figures and expect too much from a little company like Hasbro :)

12" Figures / Re:Local Walmart 12" Clearance!!!
« on: January 27, 2003, 06:09 PM »
Went to Washington last week and the 12" figs were $16.00, did get the Jango for $21.00. Do Tagets and Walmarts in different states price things differently?

I collect lots of action fleet, I have all the vehicles from the 90s even 2 x tie defender, e-wing and one virago(cool) I have all the transforming heads x2 (1 set loose 1 set boxed)
Still missing a couple battle packs and 2 die cast. I also have all the play sets including the transforming slave 1 and  star destroyer, 2 of the transforming death star. Tons of mini heads, vehicles and character packs....

I didn't grab many of the ep1 ones since i wasn't really exited about them, but have some of them.

I have got most of the new action fleet vehicles so far.

Looks kinda of beefy, wonder where i am going to find room to display a couple of them :)
Gonna have to make a custom 12" (24") Jabba and do a 12" throne room diorama. Lando skiff is coming out and I have most of the others from that scene.

« on: January 14, 2003, 08:47 PM »
I have seen and purchased the Clone and speeder bike in Washington State on a couple different occasions. Did the Holiday c3po and r2 ever show up at retail (I am from Canada and drive down to scout around on occasion)
