Unless I missed something, Scott hasn't addressed either question... why are we sending nominees for something Hasbro stated they won't make when we aren't accepting nominees for confirmed figures?  Both are equally wasted spots.

Question:  Why are the Tonnikas still on the list since when announcing this Hasbro even stated they hope fans don't waste a vote for them since they won't make them?  Similarly, in a recent Q&A they said they wouldn't make Ackmena.  I mean, I'm all for voting for who you want, but I think Hasbro already knows we want them, but (for different reasons) neither Ackmena nor the Tonnikas will be made.

I'll be getting them all, but I'm not extremely happy with Luke's sg robe.  I like softgoods done well and was hoping for one with a little thinner material.  I had no desire for the ESB Emperor (with expected monkey face), but I'll get him to complete this wave and the BADs.  I haven't completed a wave since wave 1.

Am I mistaken, or didn't Hasbro already confirm a new RFT?  I can't remember where/if I read it, but I've had it in my head for a while now.  I posted a question to Hasbro  (on another site) asking if they have fixed the black paint on the helmet, as both the original and the repacks in the Tantive IV BP both had the black paint past the sculpted plastic line on the front of the helmet (but the black paint app on Captain Antilles was correct).  I'm fairly certain that whenever they redo this figure, they will do the joints properly this time.  ... anyway, the question was rejected when they couldn't confirm that Hasbro already confirmed the figure.  I knew if anyone was paying attention to this one, it would be Jesse.  So, was I smokin' something, or did Hasbro confirm this for next year?

I still have quite a few PT vehicles, but they are stored at a friend's house, as I don't have enough room in my apartment.  I can't remember the last PT vehicle I bought, but I do have the podracers, the first Obi starship, Anakin & [purple outfitted female changling bounty hunter hired by Jango - obviously I can't remember her name right now and don't care enough to look it up]'s speeders, Dooku's speeder, and that's about all I can remember now.

OT vehicles are what I love.  I bought the Falcon and love it.  Also bought the Walmart A-Wing, but passed on the B-Wing, as I have the movie version.  I have multiple FX sized X-Wings (Lukes, Dagobah, whatever else), various Y-Wings (but not that Blue monstrocity), other A-Wings, multiple larged winged Ties, Vader's Tie, Tie Bomber, Luke's landspeeder, speederbikes, Sandcrawler, cloud car, 4 AT-AT's, 3 AT-ST's, the new Hoth speederbikes, and that might be about it.  I still can't believe I can't remember the bounty hunter's name... I can see her face, her carded figure, her alien face, outfit, helmet, but can't get her name... guess it will come to me once I hit "Post".

Oh... and sorry to hear about your job Brian.  Mine ends at the end of December 2009.

Came here to see if there were any new reviews by Jesse that I've missed, but it doesn't look like it.  So, I reread this one and it was spot-on as usual. 

Any chance we'll see any new reviews soon?  Even if you skip the rest of the TAC line and start of with wave 1 of Legacy?   I sure miss how thorough your reviews are, even if I don't always agree 100% with your particular preferences, the information is always there for us  to make up our own mind.

Me too... I still buy a few PT figures, but now I am VERY selective and can't remember the last clone I bought... same for PT vehicles.  But this... this is amazing.  Seeing this pic makes me want to dig out the old one from storage and see how inferior it is.  When I bought the old one (and the Bantha at the same time) I was very excited and thrilled with it.  Now I can give it to one of my nephews without a second thought.  Funny, when Hasbro released the Bantha again a few years ago, it took a step backwards in quality (I didn't even buy one) and the Rancor took a running leap forward.

Holy Cr@p, Batman!  I just read the first page... haven't visited the forums in a while and other than Scott & David, I think everyone elses "Dream" ROTJ wave consists of all resculpts!  Don't get me wrong... I think all listed desperately need a resculpt, well at least most of them anyway.  But any dream wave of  mine would include some all new figures, too.  I mean, there are plenty left that never been made!  Ok, now that I got that off my chest, I can go back and start reading page two!   ;D
