Vintage Trading and Classifieds / Selling some Vintage Figures
« on: June 18, 2008, 06:11 PM »
Hi I have decided to get rid of my double Vintage Figures C7, none have accessories of any nature.

I have the following which I want to sell as a complete set, and wont break them up seeing I am not asking that much for them.

I want (where 2.00 dollars per figure) 1.00 per figure for the following - so 11.00 dollars in total + S&H to be added.
2x Hoth Rebel Soldier
2x Han Solo (Trench Coat)
1x Death Star Droid
1x Nien Nunb
1x Sand People
1x General Madine
1x Admiral Ackbar
1x Biker Scout
1x Luke Skywalker

I want 4.00 per figure for these, these are C7/C8, so 12.00 dollars in total + S&H to be added.
1x Boush Disguise - Princess Leia Organa (is complete, not sure if the gun is repro - but I will claim it is and if it isnt you get a nice bargain)
1x Paploo (has Staff, no headdress)
1x Teebo (only thing missing is stone axe)

I would like 6.00 per figure for these, so 12.00 dollars in total + S&H to be added.
1x Anakin Skywalker (has plastic jewel case, no coin however)
1x Emperor Palpatine (complete looks as if its just came of the card)

If you buy the lot I will let it go for 35.00 + S&H to be added.

Thanks for looking, depending how quick these go I may add others.

Will only ship in the USA.

Collector's Tips / Re: Opened Cards... what to do with them?
« on: May 28, 2008, 01:52 PM »
Only cardbacks I have saved is the VOTC/VTSC/VTAC ones, the rest is just trash.

You dont know the half of it, he is not only good with vehicles, but also with the figures as well.

30th Anniversary Collection / Re: 30AC Star Wars Comic Packs
« on: May 25, 2008, 07:34 PM »
I am really excited about some of these EU comic pack figures, others not so much.

The only thing that I am a little bummed about is the Anwser they gave about the Marvel Star Wars comics, I just hope Lumiya is sweet when she comes out.

As for the Tobbi and Fenn they could have been less garish, but I will get them.

The ones I am looking forward to getting the most are Prince Xizor and Leia, Karrde and Thrawn (I think most people are looking forward to these two comic packs).

Customizing Tips and Tricks / Re: Fodder Alert!

Interested in picking up more of the Prince Caspian Figures - I have 1 Tyrus and the Articulation on it is spot on, and I love the fact he can give out a geordie kiss (headbutt), the sword is well mad as well, proper plastic unlike Hasbro's Star Wars weapons which are very much made of rubber/plastic.

Also looking forward to get my hands on the Harry Potter figures (its nice having your Mom Living in England at times), I wish the Dr Who figures were done in this scale as well (oh well you cant have everything).

Will be picking up the Star Trek figures, will make some interesting Star Wars Figures (I hope they do an Andorian and a Tellerite, also a few Klingons).

The Speed Racer Figures are really only any use for the heads, Spectre has done a nice figure with the Trixie Character.

Golden Compass and POTC are good figures and I need to get some of these, never did get any, but I wasnt building up my custom fodder then.

Hellboy and Heroes are looking cool, especially the Trenchcoated Hellboy.

I think 2009 will see the increase in the 3 3/4 line, it means kids can get more figures.

More of the Marvel Star Wars comic packs - Jaxxon, Amaiza, Kiro, Bey, Cody Sunchilde, Valance, just to name a few (would like these with SA and no funky colors).

SOTE - Any from here but Dash, Guri, Leebo spring to mind straight off, obviously they could pack or repack the main characters.

THRAWN Trilogy - Captain Pealleon (not sure if thats spelt right), Noghri Bodyguard, C'Boath, just to name a few.

TFU - Shaak Tii and Proxy, any others from the graphic novel that look cool.

DARK EMPIRE - Clone Emperor and Luke Skywalker, and any others they would like to make.

Hey Hasbro! / Re: Admiral Ackbar
« on: May 10, 2008, 09:22 AM »
Ackbar, Ackbar, Ackbar - oops got carried away, lol.

Anycase I think they should do all of the POTF2 sculpts again, with the ability they have now Ackbar would be really cool ball jointed everything.

Also saying this most of the POTJ could use some loving as well, and a lot of the SAGA - someone mentioned OTC General Lando why! - He is a piece of crap, actually theres only one real passable Lando and thats the Skiff Guard outfit Lando the rest are just so lame.

I am sorry but the AT-XT reminds me of a Zentradei Battle Pod.

Feedback / Re: BrentS's feedback

Second dealing with Brent and I couldnt be happier, thank you so much.

I would like to get these figures loose and for a reasonable price so I can start to finish off my ESB vintage set.

The figures are as follows (I want these between C8 to C9 quality and I am not bothered if they have accessories or not, or if they are repro accessories or not, as long as I am told there repro).

AT-AT Driver
Bespin Han Solo
Imperial Stormtrooper - Hoth
Bespin Security Guard - White
Yoda - Regular Version
C-3PO - Removable Limbs (must be complete)
R2-D2 - Sensorscope
Imperial TIE Fighter Pilot

My first trade with Waga and everything went smooth, hell he even went out of his way to get the package here for a good S&H I cant say many would do that.

Thanks and I love the figure.
