Hey all quick report. On the way back home from some family visiting stopped at a WalMart for some drinks and of course scanned toy dept. Found BOGO packs of blue Legacy carded figures. Unlike the last BOGO sets WalMart offered for the Saga line (where figures really weren't a true BOGO) these were $7.46 for two figures.

No plastic wrapped. Just a Legacy Collection sticker with two figures back to back. A good deal for parents for XMas (or holidays whatever they may be).

I saw Stass w/ Grievous, Stass w/ FX-6, Stass w/ Commander Faie, FX-6 w/ Commander Faie, and Commander Faie w/ Grievous combos.

KMart's BOGO has been the best deal this whole year.

Even at $8.99 a figure it brings figure cost to $4.50 ea. Can not beat that and they have had a better selection than WalMarts here. So far for the BOGO I had a receipt adjusted and got $38 and change back. I gave it back to Big K, but got a slew of figures.

New CW wave (Padme/Matchstick/etc), ROTJ, and some mixed ROTS/ANH waves. Also just picked up some additionals that I would've never grabbed at $9 or $8 but at $4.50... yes!

I got my receipts adjusted here in town and they were from when I was away on business at a KMart I found where I was staying. You have 7 days to have an adjustment done. It's on the back of the receipt so give them hell if they say different and you are in the 7 day period.

For those that avoid K-Mart, they've got Legacy and CW BPs on sale for $19.99 this week.  Probably why a few folks reported finding some new BPs there later last week.

Also the GH Cinema Scenes and the K-Mart 4-pack of Clone Troopers & Obi-Wan are also $19.99 each.

Jeff's on the money. I got the Endor and Felatio- err Felucian set at KMart today. This was not anywhere near home as I'm still away for business. $20 is a much easier pill to swallow. Also scored the ANH at the same store.

As for the other stuff, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I would just say that we should probably be careful about applying our own wisdom and experience to other people's situations though. There are a lot of complex relationship dynamics between men and women and it's really impossible to make snap judgements without being in those shoes. 'Nuff Said.

Well, I think if one airs their laundry out then they don't have much a leg to stand on if people respond to it.

No matter how you slice it a relationship isn't just one sided. I have been with my wife for 14 years now. If you haven't come that far then you have a lot to come if you have hide toys because she'll bitch and moan. That's something you enjoy and whether or not she gives a **** about it it's your thing and should be respected.

Relationships are 50/50 - ask any judge he'll let ya know. I know my wife and I wouldn't be together if we didn't respect each others quirks be it good or bad. Come talk to me when you 14 years in.

Wow... I saw mention of ***** and of course I wasn't around to see any. Damn it!

Anyways... Can I ask a simple question. Whether or not you get a box in with more toys or just keep adding "secretly" to what you have already WTF is the difference? ???

Do your wives think the toy fairy showed up at night and **** out another load of those annoying little plastic men?

Yeah in town they were starting to hit harder, and I'm out of town at he moment and today a Target I was able to sneak out to had a good 15-ish. I think they may have just put a case out though. They do still seem to be selling fairly well.

Agreed Jeff.

I mean you could very well get your order, and I hope so man, but...

In many bankruptcy cases a company usually takes over inventory and moves that inventory to help clear the debts, but in this case who knows who is in control. Just keep an eye on things and I would contact your CC if the order or no word is from them TR soon.

Yeah, we're always slooow getting goods on our side of the country Kenobi, but man this **** blows (and not in a good way) this year.

I saw the ROTJ wave at one WalMart once. It was the revision with Ugnaught... and some ****** opened the case took the Ugnaught and left the case on the floor. WTF. I mean even if you own the Nikto guards and Slave Leia would you really leave them behind. Some of the best figures this year.

I'd be careful on ordering from Toy Rocket as I hear they have or will be filing Chapter 11.

It's happened here lately too. I think it may be a second round (final round) of these. They were definitely not returns.

Opps hit post by accident...

I know it doesn't seem that bad to some, but people are finding wave after wave at several stores and more than once. Most of the stuff I have seen was total **** luck that I had happened to go to the store when I did. Hell people that collect the Mattel DC Universe line are bitching about the wave 10 exclsuive Wally wave and I have seen them a good three to four times. Meanwhile stuff I collect and want I can not find.

Jesse I know you're on the East cost like me, not sure on Kenobi, but it seems we're suffering here on this side of the country.

I have seen the Gunship BP sets though more than anything else. I have four I wanted and must have seen at least another four sets that I left behind.

I have seen the comic sets (Vong, etc) once at Kmart. Saw the remains (repacks) once at TRU and saw the Vong (and remains) at one Walmart once. Target is just a total **** hole for anything in ages. I mean no figure waves, BP's, comic sets... nothing...

I have seen a lot of AT-ST's in the last week. Dewback have seen a few, but not many so far.

TPM wave hit WalMarts here, but one case per store in the few stores I saw it at. ROTJ at KMart, but... they had a good four cases worth. They also hit once at one WalMart. Just grabbed the mixed ANH/ROTS wave from (of all places) TRU last week

Scott, hope you ride it out quickly with no complications.

In RI the next state over we've lost two teenage girls in a matter of a week. Really scary stuff.

I know I fear my little ones getting it. I do realize that 99% of people get through it, but 1% is 1% in my eyes and with kids that small percentage might as well be 50%.

I have to say I, myself, am scared of getting this one. I have asthma and I generally go through at least one upper respiratory infection every year (two years ago pnuemonia) so this is one that has me on alert. Since the bacterial part of the flu seems to be the one that fills the lungs incredibly fast and seems to be the killer. So definitely more concerned with getting this one.
