What's the error - the belt?

Yeah it looks like it was supposed to be a two banded belt but most of it appears flat... not a big deal, just interesting to me:

It's not a variation, but it appears to be an interesting error:

Nice find, they're always nice to display a couple figures in riding it.

Just thought I'd give a review on on a transaction that could have been a bad experience.

On 7-25-12 I ordered a C-9 red card POTF (hologram) storm trooper MOC for $18 shipped... I recieved a C-9 red card POTF (non-hologram) storm trooper.

I e-mailed their customer service and a gal named Heather promptly responded, looked into trying to mail me the right figure, and e-mailed me the next day and apologized that it was actually sold out. She gave me a full refund and said I could keep the figure that was mistakenly sent to me.

It sucks the online store wasn't up to date, but I'm impressed with the customer service.

Will POTF2 MOC wind up being rare because they were all sold 15 years later to kids who opened them?  ??? Probably not.

That and collectors who open to make more room and to more easily display their figures.

I find that it's hard to find great condition cards... if anything those will/are the rarest of finds to be found cheap... it's getting harder to find POTF2 red cards that are in amazing shape (for a good deal).

thanks:) I just got lucky. clicked "newly listed" and there it is was for $10 plus $5 shipping.

Do you have pics or a list of your collection? I'm always looking for (actual) variations that can be verified (rather than the random lists on the web).

So after much luck I finally have my red card Boba Fett without an emblem on his chest for a steal of a deal and he appears to be the real. Here's the back story.

Here's a ton of Large pics for you to decide. The half a dozen guys at our local JD monthly meeting thought he's real... I think so to. I just wanted to share the story and pics because (to me) half the fun is the hunt.

well the guy sent the right Fett (the one in the pic) and he looks ligit to me... I'll post up some higher resolution pics later and I'm going to bring him to the monthly JD meeting to see what the other local guys think.

Saw on the news that Christian Bale was cool enough to go see the victims and their families in Aurora.

K you can move that to the Pit if that's too political or insensitive.

I thought it was nice, I think the directors or whatever are going to give a substantial donation to the victims... I think my comment about wishing someone with a permit to carry was in the movie to shoot back was more political lol ;D

Update: the figure I got in the mail today was not the one in the picture... it was just a regular .01 Fett MOC...

I messaged him that I did tell him (when I paid) that I was only interested in the figure in the picture that clearly did not have gray chest emblems and to please send only that one.

He replied and apologized, he did in fact mail me the wrong one ::) He said he didn't notice the two were different until now.

Soo.... he's paying to mail me the figure in the picture (supposidly without chest emblems)... I'm gladly paying to return the figure he sent.

lol, so there still might be hope... but I'll be the first to let you know if the Fett is fake:)

Most action movies defy the laws of physics... lol, the show mythbusters makes a living off that.

Of all people, star wars fans shouldn't have trouble with batman. History chanel did a whole show on Star wars technology and some things are plausible like speeder bikes... and others are completely impossible like light sabers and the Death Star's Gun that can have multiple laser beams (or whatever) shoot towards each other, change direction when they meet and form one solid beam to explode an entire planet (also unlikely).

But I agree, when movies stick to the confines of reality they're usually better:)

The Tumblers are bad ass... in the fact they are actual running vehicles... obviously the real versions would be worthless in the real world.

The rear end and tires weigh over a ton alone. There are some good videos on You-tube about it:

Those are great finds, even more memoriable if you're the original owner:)

It's in the mail now, some of the guys at POTF2 think it might be fake because of the bubble, they locked the thread before I could reply and say "I hope not, I'll be the first to let you all know."

D-bags lol.
