« on: May 15, 2003, 02:30 PM »
I'm also a pretty avid autograph collector.  These are some of the autographs I've got on 8 x 10's:

Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia)
Billy Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian)
James Earl Jones (the voice of Darth Vader)
David Prowse (Darth Vader)
Kenny Baker (R2-D2)
Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca)
Ray Park (Darth Maul
Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett)
Amy Allen (Aayla Secura)
Michonne Bourriague (Aurra Sing)
Mary Oyaya (Luminara Unduli)
Nalini Krishan (Bariss Offee)
Bonnie Piesse (Beru Whitesun)
Phil Brown (Owen Lars in ANH)
Mike Quinn (Nien Numb)
Warwick Davis (Wicket)
Garrick Hagon (Biggs Darklighter)
Alan Harris (Bossk)
Rusty Goffe (Jawa)
William Hootkins (Jek Porkins)
Julian Glover (General Veers)
Ken Colley (Captain Piett)
Michael Sheard (Admiral Ozzel)
Richard LeParmentier (Admiral Motti)
Mercedes Ngoh (Rystall)
Jerome Blake (Rune Haako, Mas Amedda)

...And a couple more are on the way soon, courtesy of the Wizard World show that's coming up in Philadelphia.

As for my autographed figures, I've got...

Commtech Darth Vader signed by James Earl Jones
Masters Of The Dark Side signed by Ray Park & David Prowse
25th Anniversary Swing To Freedom signed by Carrie Fisher
Purchase Of The Droids signed by Phil Brown
A couple of Boba Fett's signed by Jeremy Bulloch
Captain Piett signed by Ken Colley
Aurra Sing signed by Michonne Bourriague

...and once again, this list is going to get bigger in a couple of weeks.  I should have Daniel Logan (Boba Fett from AOTC), as well as Kit Fisto, Plo Koon, and some more autographed figures, too.  I'll update it soon!

$19 each?  Not totally sold on that price.  Besides, I need to get Obi-Wan, Luke, and Palpatine first.

Well, the average person would just say I'm Italian.  But, there's more to it than that.

I am...
1/2 Sicilian
1/2 Southern Italian

There is actually a difference between Italians and Sicilians.

I'm still waiting for the 2005 Mustang.  What a sweet looking car!

My local IMAX theater doesn't have a date for the release of The Matrix Reloaded yet.  Anyone else run across this?

Gotta wait till next week.  Just too busy this weekend to see it.  I also have the luxury of an IMAX theater right near me for when that rolls around.  Attack Of The Clones was awesome in IMAX.  I can only imagine what this will be like!

Maybe she's on tap for the job?  I never saw here on the show, but I heard her on radio, and she sounded like she knew sports.  Might make her  a decent candidate for the job.

Well, that's the real deal.  Retailers should've learned their lesson from EPISODE I.  Again, they overestimated demand, and wound up with too many pegwarmers.

What's really going to bake your noodle is this:  Toys R Us, a big chain, ordered twice as many Collection 1 figures as they did Collection 2 figures in their SAGA orders last year.  Honest, I saw the numbers.  And most collectors would agree that they tended to prefer the Collection 2 figures.  Now, here's the twist:  most of the excess stock that TRU has now is COLLECTION 2!  Hmmm, it appears that maybe we don't make up anywhere near as big a share of the market in movie years as we thought.

Sorry, but it would be an insult to Melissa Stark to replace her with Jillian Barberrie.  She knows nothing about football!

Pam Oliver might be a good choice, IMO.
