Star Wars Action Figures / Re: Milan's customs

Excellent job on all of these. I am so stealing borrowing your Baroness body idea for Talon. Her excecutoin is flawless.

I like your use of Joe parts on these. It's something I've been experimenting with myself. Just not with results this good.

Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing more.

Over on the Joe boards the word is that these are mass market releases.

They look Eff-ing sweet though, and I will be picking them up for my Joe collection.

So far, and keep in mind this is just speculation, the rumor is that they will be in the 7-10 dollar range.

Of course, there is also a r8umor that they might be released in 5 packs.

A total of 25 new sculpt joes are set to be released. Including a Baroness. They have been posting pics of the new figs at a rate of one per day since Monday.

This plus the 30th anniversary Star Wars figs equals a very poor year for me this year. ;D

Ill post more info on these as I find it.

YAY!! Finally another update to the Findswoman collection. The updates have been few and far between as of late. :(

Movie accurate or not I still think it loks awesome. If this would have been on the shelf, that fig probably wouldn't have rotted. ;D

I wish they would have had those Triad Toys bodies when I was still collecting 12 in figs. I probably would have gone broke trying to get them. All we had was that miserable G.I.Jane body. ( Shudder!)

My favorite is still the purple gown Padme. That is noe beautiful figure.

You really need to update more often. ;D

I absolutely love it!!! Now that is what I'm talking about. I would love to see both yours and Chewie's in the project.

quit showing your previews nobody cares!!!!!!!!!!!!  ::)

and they are not that good!!!!!

Who is this ******bag and why does he think his opinion means anything?

Piss off you little trollbaiting wanker. >:(

But anyway, looking good Chewie cant wait to see it.

Celebration IV - Ultimate Group Project / Re: Are we serious or not??

Well guys, I have to agree with Ryan on damn near every point he brought up. Mostly because I have felt the same way.

Case in point, I had 3 submissions for my last project. Until Fritz came along a couple of weeks ago there were only Chewie and myself. ANd I let the project go on for almost a month and a half longer that usual.

Now granted, there ain't a whole hell of a lot we can do with custom figures if thers no booth or dio, so I've pretty much sat back and watched. Days would go by with little or no activity on the UGP board.

Little or no activity on the customs boards in general. Hell, it's been 3 weeks since I updated my thread with not a single visit at all. Not that that really bothers me but it is at least a little discouraging.

Am I ready to throw in the towel yet HELLS NO.

I don't think that this project is dead yet. And If I'm going down, i'm going down swinging.

BUt again, there is nothing much I can do without participation.

Theres not much that can be done without confirmation of boothspace, and the diorama to go with it.

At this point my hands are tied.

At this point I wont be going to C4, but there is still a chance that I could. But I wont know till the last minute where it won't matter anyway.

The question is how can we get the participation we need to fulfil the goals presented to us?

I want to see this happen.

I remember the Outlander Club that thing was awesome.

I commented on these at RS ( which is something I haerdly EVER do anymore ;)) Good looking bunch there.

I still love the Racing stripe Mando, that thing looks killer.

Glad to see youre back BTW.

OMG!! That Gnarles is awesome I dont know how I missed that.

ROTFLMAO!! That is excellent. ;D

At least someone found a use for that thing.

Excellent work on Kass my man, she looks dead on. I like that thing you did with her hair. I can imagine how much of a pain that was.

The Linet figure is beautiful. Excellent job on her too. Inspired customs like this are wonderful to see. ;D

TPPDK usually goes on binges of drinking and whoring like this quite often, he's never gone this long without checking in before. I wonder if he's gotten poor DarthD involved in this too. :o

I wonder if he's suckered him into investing in that Tiujana Brothel idea. :o

Photonovels and Movies / Re: New Photonovel by Snaggletooth

Read the whole thread before making accusations like that.

I did. I read the entire thread before I posted.

Now with that out of the way I look forward to this.

Good luck.

So anything concrete about this?

2 months of promises, and 3 pages of responses, and still no photonovel.

No offense intended robo quack, but had you actually posted something other than a vauge idea and a proposal you might have actually gotten responses.

It takes a great deal of time to make a photonovel, trust me I know. It is mostly the reason why I haven't continued my own. and mine was extremely low tech, nothing like Chewie's. Which I have no idea how he does that as well as 50 customs a day. :P So yeah, i say it reallly sucks when people don't respond.

The problem here is you haven't actually done anything to back up the claim that youre doing this PN. So I don't really understand why youre complaining about no responses. ???

To say that you weren't doing it anymore because of lack of reponse is very childish.
Especially when you didn't have anything presented but a "Watch this space" promise.

I will be more than happy to read it when you get it finished, I certainly look forward to it. The only question I ask is are you actually going to get off your butt and do it or keep complaining that no one is taking you seriousley? Even though you have haven't actually done anything but tell us that youre going to do it.

Good luck with it either way.
