darth_anton - for the most part i use model master acrylics, but in an effeort to avoid having to mix paints to get colors, i also use a brand called americana, it's pretty cheap, an acrylis from micheal's crafts. they make every color under the sun and while it takes about 3 coats to get the area completely covered, it is thin and dosn't come out chunky. thanks for your aomments and intrest man!

the eyes look good, they have a real animated feel to them. i also really like the grey tunic, very original.  nice job on this charecter!

wow, the yellow is definetley cool! when you are amke lightsaber blades from that what is the best way you've found to cut and round the tip so that it dosn't look like you just cut it and threw it on there? thanks for the info and the comparison shot.

the whole set up looks awsome mac! very professional looking and creative. i love the whole rotating idea!

looks like it's gunna be great man. i reallylike that shot of the troopers dismounting the gunghip, can't wait to see more!

you've definetley made some good, and unique, parts choice's there. the head seems to becoming along nicely. on my vos, as many other have done, i used a modified eht koth head. but it is definetlet cool to see someone else use another.

since you are obviously familiar with gijoe figures hopefully you'll know which ones i'm talking about here, i have always thought that the spytoops figures scalpel(cobra medic) would make a great vos head, he has that great smoldering scowl thing going or spytroops barrel roll(gijoe hang glider sniper), he is very basic but with a tweak of the eyebrows he would make a very good vos. i actually may try to do a vos head from the scalpel now that i'm talking about it !
