Saga Collection '06 / Re: Why no Battle Droids?
« on: June 30, 2006, 10:20 AM »
previously i have avtually preffered the TPM battle droids because of the sturdy plastic, most of the other battle droids are to flimsy and don't stand near as well. i would definetley love to see a battle pack that included a couple battle droids though. i would settle for some sort of resculpted arm set up in a permanent blaster holding position and TPM lower legs, that would be cool!

i like this mando. all the extra gear goes really well with the figure. the weathering looks good, and though the red isn't a traditional mando color, i think it works really well for this figure. good job.

it'd be cool to see a mando team, like seals, ithink this figure would be cool in some type of group like that. medic, explosives, sniper, engenieer, communications, weapons, team leader, ect....

nice update CHEWIE. are you off customizing hiatus, or did you just manage to sqeeze these into your work schedule?

- the kashyyk troops look good, i'd really like to see a shot of all of them together.

- the 3 pesants are great. they will definetley be some good back ground fillers and will look good in any dio.

- imperial and slave. good idea with the polis massan, that body looks awsome.

- i really like rykoffs peasant disguise. the weathering on his shirt is very cool, it almost looks like he's wet from sweat or somthing. very cool!

good update with some cool charecters. it's been a while since you've been around hasn't it? good to see you on again.

- your roron looks great. you where able to capture the ithorian hunch back look very well. i really like the weathering on the weathering on the skin, it gives this figure a very unique apperance, great job!

- alpha looks good. very clean and crisp lines. mabey add a bit of weathering/battle damage. but otherwise a great clone.

- zoa, looks very cool. i've been wanting to do this one also. what bady did you use, it seems to work very well. great job!

wow, very good job on the head sculpting and soft goods. the whole figure looks great!definetley one of my favorite jedi from the comics, i've really wanted to try one but im horrible at sculpting, you've done as excellent job though.

i think mabey a bit more weathering on the body with a darler green would bring out the features more. mabey a bit of paint on the sachel also, just to get rid of the camo. just a couple suggestions!

again though great job, definetley a hard charecter to do and you've done it very well!

« on: June 23, 2006, 08:35 PM »
yea, your definetley a crazy, but some of those parts are actually molded in the colors your are talkin about removing, i'd think you will prolly have to paint the colored portions white. again, your crazy! but good luck! ;D
