I broke down and bought three. Two to open and one to think about opening. ::)

Mein Gott, I feel like such a geek. :P

One set of the VTSC and a couple of extra Biker Scouts from Walmart and a Cody and a Firespeeder Pilot from a friend who met me at that very same Walmart so that he could buy a set of VTSC figures.

Just so we're clear I in NO WAY endorse Nazis, Hilter Youth or the like.
I am simply posting this image for comparative reasons. I wouldn't be surprised if the flag included with the figure was altered more as to not so closely resemble the Nazi staff/flag.

Do not forget that the Empire was based very much on the Nazis. Therefore, I see no reason to change the flag.

And as a side note, the Nazis got this ideal from the legions of Rome. What comes around, goes around. ::)

Keep checking your Walmart for the VTSC endcap, it's killer.

Agreed. :) I'm now up to six and I think that's where I'll stop. 8)

The pod and the Shocks rock this Battlepack, really nice. But why Hasbro! Why! Why do you condem me to buy repack after repack of figures I've already bought! Do I need and army of Yodas (well that might be cool) and Palpatines?!

Well, I never bought a Palpatine figure until I bought this battle pack and getting rid of extra Yoda figures isn't a problem when you have three sons. ;)

Target near work put out another case of figures today. I picked up a Cody for a friend of mine in Ohio and a Foul Moudama w/Yoda and an UGH Anakin w/Vader for a friend of mine here in Indy. The Anakin UGH was the only one I saw there and I only saw the one Cody. There were no Firespeeder pilots. Other then that, they had the rest of the Coruscant wave

As for army builders, the Scout is definitely one of the best! Along side the VOTC Stormtrooper and any variant of the #41 Clone.

Yes, that #41 Clone in just about any color is a pretty sweet figure. In many ways, I like it even better then I do any version of the Stormtroopers.

That is kind of sad. :( As of right now, I'm planning on using the Mace from Jedi High Council set.

I rather like it myself. I think the ship design is pretty sweet overall and as long as they make these things in cool colors, I buy one. I passed on both of Anakin's ships, picked up both of Obi-Wan's, and I will this one too once it's out. :)

I'll also take a black Darth Vader one. 8)

I gotta have an army of the Death Star Gunner.  Man that's one sharp figure.

For a failed TIE Fighter Pilot, it not bad at all! ;) I hope to get a handfull of them as well. At least four and perhaps as many as ten. Outside of that, one Chief Chirpa and one Moff Jerjerrod and I can call that wave done. 8)

I think Hasbro could sell this figure by the case as it is just that nice. Shame it won't be all that easy to find in large numbers.

Or in small numbers, I would imagine. I'm gonna have one hell of a time finding any of these on the shelves. This is where ebay becomes my friend/enemy.

So far, I've not had to use ebay for any Star Wars figures that have come out in the last couple of years. Even for the more unique Clone Troopers. At a certain point, as much as I enjoy these toys, it just gets way too frelling expensive. With this figure starting out at $11.99 in the stores, it's already making me question whether or not it's worth having. Alas, it's a great figure and I'm glad I have at least one but I can't bring myself to pay ebay prices for something I have seen or will see, sitting in a store. Worst case scenario, I don't see it in a store and get one at cost from a friend or fellow hunter. It pays to help other people and hunt with a pack. ;)

I have one now and would like to get one or two more at least. Beyond that, it's just way too frelling expensive. ::)
