Feedback / Re: Clone Hunter's feedback
« on: October 20, 2006, 06:32 PM »
I completed my second trade with Clone Hunter, and it went very well. All but one item was in the condition that he claimed. That one item I assume was damaged in transit, but I'll live with it. I highly recommend Mr. Hunter to anyone here looking for a great, easy, and smooth transaction.

I thought they said that there would be none this week. Or was that for last week? I'm so confused...  ???

Hey Hasbro! / Re: Questions for Hasbro?

I don't know if something like this has been asked or not, but I'm going to post it anyway.

Hasbro,

Will there be a standard rifle for Clone Trooper figures from now on? Next year's Galactic Marine and Elite Scout/Kashyyyk/BARC Trooper looks to be carrying an Evolutions Clone Trooper rifle, while next years Airborne Trooper has the Clone Trooper rifle that has been packed with most of the Clone Trooper figures from 2002 to now. Is there going to be a standard type of Clone Trooper rifle from now on, or will they continue to be mixed? I think two different styles of the same weapon looks silly when I put my Clone Troopers together into one large group.

I got my stuff from my first trade with Mr. Karrde yesterday. Everything was excellently packed and the figures were very nice. The trade couldn't have gone better. Thanks Mr. Karrde.

The Prequel Trilogy / Re: Favorite Neimoidian?

I think the basic Nemoidian Soldier is cool. I've always liked Nute Gunray, as well.

Thanks, now I can't find the lower part of my jaw.  ;)

Fantastic job on the cannon, my friend! May I inquire as to how you made it? I think it would be great if you made the Republic and Confederacy starship guns to go along with that masterpiece.

I'm now up to two, and I'll stop there. They're my engineers for my Storm Troopers. I'll regret buying more when Hasbro announces that they're making a Death Star Cannon/Turret.

I just completed my first trade with Mike, and it went great. He sent all he was supposed to, everything was in the condition that he claimed it to be in, and all 42 figures were packed exceptionally well. He even threw in two extra figures. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a smooth transaction. Thanks again, Mike!

Hasbro finally put together a great wave!!! And I thought this years Coruscant wave was good. Well, here's my thoughts on the figures in this wave, even though ya'll most likely don't care:

Airborne Commando: I really like this guy. The removable pouch is a very nice touch. I don't like how he has the older style Clone Trooper rifle, while the Galactic Marine has the Evolution Set rifle.

Concept Storm Trooper: I really want to pick up at least two of these guys. I saw the original once in a Target, but this guy blows the old one out of the water. I really hope that he's not short packed.

Super Battle Droid: Wow. That was a surprise. This is a great looking figure. I'm definitely getting two to go with R2, but maybe another 20 if the flames are removable. Now all we need is a Battle Droid similar to that.

Mace Windu: He looks pretty well detailed. I like the lightning on his lightsaber, and I'm so glad Hasbro gave him a soft goods cloak. Hopefully his articulation is similar to that of Pilot Obi-Wan Kenobi, or at least Evolutions Anakin.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: Now i won't feel bad about buying a repack. I like the breating apparatus and the new electro-pole, and I'm glad that his mouth is not too big. He may go great with the Demise of Grievous figure. The picture on his card is pretty sweet, as well.

Galactic Marine: An excellent figure, I'll say. Perhaps the best of this wave. I really think that the Super Articulation and Removable Back Pack are nice touches. I have the same issue with the rifle as the Airborne Commando, though.

R2-D2: A cool figure that will look nice next to two of those Super Battle Droids. I like the rocket jets better than those on the Revenge of the Sith R2.The paint job on this new one is kind of funky looking, in my opinion.

Lava Miner: Why couldn't the Mustafar Sentry be this good? Oh well, they'll go nice together. I hope the lave bucket can come off of the grabbing tool. That would be cool.
