The ROTS version....I already messed up one so Im a bit "scared".I think I might sculpt a hollow one outta' putty and make a cast of it then cut out the visor.

Any Ideas on how to hollow one out?It seems you would hollow it out with a dremel but what about casting?

D*mn the last 1st teeth!It was "wanting" to comeout so I pulled bad things happened and now its dangling by a string ...... that hurts......alot!
Anyone have a mostly painless solution other that waiting till tomorrow to get a needle?I don't think I can sleep like this.

How Did I Miss this I don't know.I like it.Nice concept.A little darker and thats how he should of been in the movie!
p.s. I just got an Idea for articulation ..... get a dremel..a "nail thin" drill bit,a cutter attachment and a few nails. Cut at an angle on the legs for them to move.Drill holes in both parts cut down a nail and put it in. Do the same for the arms something like hasbros attempt.
