I love your story telling and that "milartary" feel.Only thing I suggest is to give it more of an enviormnt....dont let any wood floor wall show....make a BIG "box" if you have to.O and I would like to see some blasters shots too....

to start off the best way would be to sculpt it and then if you want cast it.

The only other way I can think of is....

using 2 or 3 41 SA clones "antenna" you could make the antenna cody has as for the visor instead of sculpting use some "card" paper and super glue.For thing lines use a sharpie.

Yes I liked it just spice it up with some effects   CHEWIE I'd say he made a big "box" using foamcore and railroad commble stone mat for the floor.
