whoa..  thats awesome.

they are such perfectonists over there at Kubrick.  ;D

they should get into the 3 3/4" figure business and start producing some star wars characters that don't look constipated or get their eyes painted on crosseyed...  ::)

that Blue Snaggie is neat.. are his legs longer than the regular one like the vintage ones were?

that new stuff sounds pretty sweet.

so how many of you are MR "collectors club" members? they price things weird over there... only $30 for mini-sabers but $350 for big ones and $60 for club membership  ???
blows my mind.

unfortunately no... the seller had another Yoda saber for sale at the same time and a bunch of others so he didn't really individualize the auctions that much.. come to think of it I haven't gotten the "payment receipt" email yet from Pay Pal so maybe the guy hasn't even gotten around to accepting my payment yet.. grrrrr...

but on the brighter side I used a $15 off coupon so I saved a little cash  ;D

I always thought those dudes were kinda boring.. guess I pretty much despise anything related to those mind numbing "senate meetings" and all that crap in the prequel movies... and these fellas are no exception 8)

although they did hang with Darth Sidious a lot and thats kinda cool.

Still holding out for the eventual prequel stuff, and then I'll load up on a few more (clone trooper, young Obi, etc.)....

this would be cool. although Medicom has a big stiffy for the vintage stuff I'm sure they'll release some prequel ones if they smart and want to make even more $$$$.

on another note I bought an MR 1:1 Yoda ROTS saber so my Kubrick buying has been put on hold for a few weeks  :-[

I still really want a carded Droids R2-D2.. as soon as I get one him and my Droids Boba well get sent off to AFA. anyone have any extra carded Droids R2-D2s that are in good shape I could make an offer on?  ;D

like I said I came over from Rebelscum so I'm used to having to watch my mouth...  :P

but yeah.. your not the first person to comment on the whole ooba oooba thing. I'll have to watch ROTS without being extremly stoned sometime and check out that sound first hand... If only the Vagina Droid could get as much notireity as everyone's favorite "Ice Cream Makin Guy" me might actually get the wheels turning on the manufacturing of a fig  :D

not really. I just really like the idea of getting Yoda's saber because it looked really cool in the movies and I like the idea that the little guy had his own saber built to his scale... its an alien saber as opposed to all the other human scale sabers that are out there  ;D
and truthfully I've only recently been "reborn" as a Star Wars fan from a combination of the new movies and the Battlefront games. I was pretty crazy about the Star Wars when I was a kid and being 26 now I actually saw Jedi in the theater and can remember it.

I'm bumping this topic because I'm trying to convince myself to buy the Yoda ROTS 1:1 saber and want to hear from people who actually own it.

I started the same thread at RebelScum so I appologize if this is a re-post for anyone.
Well, you know the "Vag##a Droid" that delivers Luke and Leia in ROTS?
Ever since I saw the movie I thought it had an interesting design- cool head and those smooth arms... and if you think about it that droid played a pretty important role.
Well listen up Hasbro! I want a figure! This may have been the most important Droid in all the galaxy!

thanks for the welcome wagon.

Maybe that fella that did those nice Kustom Kubricks a few threads back can make a Droids C-3PO in cartoon colors... that'd be pretty rad.

I've been foolishly mortally wounding several of my weekly paychecks on carded Kubricks (and suffering for it at the end of each month when I'm broke as a hobo  :'()

thanks for the completmentary beer Matt_Fury  ;D

the difference in price doesn't even compare to the 1:1 scale line... $40 for the :45's and $300+ for the big ones... jeez.

now the next step is figuring out which variation of the Yoda I want.... half the fun for me is the hunt... checking prices, online photo archives, reading reviews, until I figure out wtf to buy.
there seems to be a grip of different ones... black chrome, black chrome w/ gold, Comic Con version etc. etc.  ??? ???
