The Legacy Collection / Re: Legacy Wave 8 - Return of the Jedi
« on: February 4, 2009, 09:50 AM »
Great expectative for new Malakili, this toy should come with removable hood, tunic over waist, vibro blade, and a chain to pull the rancor, like gentle giant statue.

Action figures are evolving, hope this Malikili wonīt be shorter and smaller than potf2 one.

The Legacy Collection / Re: Willrow Hood
« on: February 3, 2009, 01:39 AM »
Will this Willrow Hood include his headset?

There is one thing to state: When Hasbro releases a secondary SW character, only collectors could be sure him or her would be the definitive version if the action figure comes with the most possible accesories.

And other reason to feel a toy is the definitive version is the level of accuracy in depicting the character. The scheme looks the most accurate, so Yarna and Willrow must be considered definitive.

Iīm thinking Hasbro could release a bespin wave all with freeze chamber bases (interconectable like dagobah otc bases) with the deco of orange lights.

This wave should include

1 Willow Hood
2 Alien Bespin Guard
3 Afro american Bespin Guard
4 Bespin Luke, vtsc repack
5 Bespin Human technician (With ughnaught apron)

Note: This bespin Human Technician appeared when Leia was walking across a corridor the small ughnaught guys were beyond here, and with them was walking the human technician, who could be refered as "human ughnaught" (for his uniform)

Ok guys thanks for your answers. Itīs true both ughnaughts are a must for our collection, indeed the console accesory is intended to balance the amount of plastic used.

I saw some pics from potj Freeze Chamber, on the top and bottom it has consoles

So if this console comes with the taller ughnaught, what accesory do you expect to come with the shorter ughnaught guy?

Hello community... today on rebel scum we can see the first ughnaught from esb wave

I thought Hasbro will pack the two ughnaughts together, but they chose to separate them

The first ughnaught comes with a freeze chamber computer and ur3po arm

But is it fair for collectors?

Was there not enough room in the blister for the two ughnaughts technicians?

The toy is nice but a small single action figure could seem overpriced for this wave.

The Legacy Collection / Re: The Return of Saga Legends
« on: January 23, 2009, 01:27 AM »
Saga Legends snowtrooper ok, great acquisition, and cheaper than vtsc release

The Luke Pilot is the same from droid factory, nice paintjob, but they must have included his blaster.

This esb wave is nice for me, I want to collect all of them. Great design for Palpatine holo esb, the rebel trooper has all the necessary accesories. They have to present the variation no bearded trooper.

The Legacy Collection / Re: Kyle Katarn &... A New DarkTrooper?

Hope this will be a spacetrooper or a darktrooper. Itīs time for Hasbro to make dark troopers phase I and II. I want to collect them if they appear.

1:6 Scale Figures and Collectibles / Re: Sideshow 12" Sandtrooper
« on: January 18, 2009, 07:46 PM »
Good sculpt. This sandtrooper shows a variation I want to see someday in Hasbro 3 3/4, this soldier with shoulder pouches, the precedent version featured chest pouches. I think this is a challenge for arm articulation.

Sandtrooperīs armor presents multiple possibilities of sculpt, I hope Hasbro keep this in mind for a future 3 3/4 action figure.

I see a great effort in the jacket detail for the badge and the cylinders on the chest. Sideshow is in transit to launch a realistic death star trooper.

Very nice action figure.

Other Collectibles / Re: Diamond Ultimate Quarter Scale SW Figures
« on: January 17, 2009, 12:12 AM »
Diamond Ben Kenobi 5 stars!

Diamond Jedi Luke is nice, enough for collect, but they could have inspired in a more accurate face
the best head sculpt nowadays for 12 inches Jedi Luke is from Medicom Jedi Knight Luke.

p.d. Seems that it is not decided yet if Luke wears brown or black cape with hood in rotj.

This is a nice wave for me, The hoth rebel trooper comes with a machine gun, ughnaughts are different from potf2 sculpt, Leia was in esb final scene with her anh robe but with another hairdress, luke is well depicted, accurate. Needa a good aquisition for officers

The emperor seems his head looks like the original esb 1980 hologram, a bit green skin.

Other Collectibles / Re: WOTC Star Wars Miniatures
« on: December 31, 2008, 12:31 PM »
WOTC SW minis are amazing, they have evolved in desing, scale and paint job. In some cases we will see the first appearnace of a sw character (EU or movies) on the miniature line, this would caliber his or her definitive launch into a Hasbro 3 3/4 action figure.

LEGO / Re: LEGO Death Star
« on: December 28, 2008, 02:41 PM »
Interesting, Hasbro must keep in mind Lego DS for a larger playset, like an update of vintage death star.
Nice distribution, both scenes from anh and rotj.
