Here's another wiip I finished: a Wookiee Berserker all ready to pound on some nosy lil' clones! I call him Shorryyhn, which means "fierce danger".

Shorryyhn is a 250+ year old ferocious warrior from the more northern parts of Kashyyyk. During the Imperial siege of Kashyyyk he managed to escape captivity and slavery, by fleeing into the thick forests. He encountered Linet Starbright, Jedi padawan and fugitive from the Empire, being hunted by a squad of clones and their AT-RTs. Without hesitation he made short work of the clones, ripping limbs, heads and AT-RT legs along the way. Together they fled deeper into the woods, never to be found again. It is rumoured they eventually formed a succesful pair of smugglers....

- SP Wookiee Warrior, various parts modded with Greenstuff/Fixit (braid, manes, shoulders)
- Samurai Spawn armour

Hey S_H, just checked the SWAG! Wow, some amazing drawings there, including yours. Very cool ship designs, and I love Dutch, the Wookiee! Did you make a custom figure of him as well? (and would you mind if someone else gave it a shot?)

I'm steadily finishing up some WIPs. Here's a Quarren (bounty) hunter for ya, named Niqrot.

Recipe:
- Tessek head and hands
- Obi-Wan (Cold Weather Gear) body
- sculpted armor and gadgets
- ??? 's gun

As always, thoughts, gripes and things like that are greatly appreciated.

Holy mackerel, it's been ages since I've posted a new figure! These home makeover things are real hobby killers. But I managed to make this zombified version of our beloved mr. Vos. More figures are nearing completion and I just wanna say it's good to be back at the customizing table  :)

Zombie Vos                                                                With some effects

I used this Army of Darkness Pit Deadite figure and added some Greenstuff over the shoulders, and softgoods on Vos' belt.

Let me know what ya think  :)

Very nice work on all those different figures from September, Sith's Herald. It's nice to see some cleaner paint apps, too. Which are in quite stark contrast to your Mandalorians! Very cool designs there, man. My favourites are # III and # IV. Mando III looks very mean, definitely like someone you don't want to have as an enemy. Where'd you make that splendid jetpack from?

Mando IV looks really tough, and the skull tat is a great detailed touch. Did you apply a decal for that, or hand paint it? Mando IV also has something Mad Max 2 over him  8)

I look forward to your future Mandalorians (and other creations, of course)

Very nice work overall on that gunship. The spray painted camo pattern looks quite realistic, as far as I can tell. A'denn on the nose is a nice touch to begin with, but I'd like to see it touched up in Aurek or something like that (like Phruby said). Or maybe even in a Mando font (if there is one?). I'm very interested to see what you can make with that Testor decal system, once you have some decal sheets again  8)

Hope you like it, he says.... Daigo-Bah, your Jabba Palace series is nothing short of amazing. Like Brent, I'd like to see some brighter pics too, so here's hoping for sunnier days. But nevertheless, your work looks superb! Very neat work on finishing the walls and floor and the little details are to be noted!

Is that your insanely awesome Han in carbonite scenery in the background?!

Heh, no Wal-Mart hasn't been able to get a foothold here.... yet. And Paul's timing couldn't be better, eh? Hope he gets back in the swing of things quick. And that Yakface fixes those forum downtimes  ;D

I'll have to go to the market someday to see if I can find anything like that. I got some other kamas from him a while ago, with the sewn edges. Too bad it appears he's out of the costumizing scene... Hmm, maybe a piece of chamois leather would work too.

295
Ruprecht, did you use the same kama on Frodo Fordo as on Mereel or your earlier blue ARC? (i.e. the type you received from Outrider).

Let's see...

Wookiee Berserker
Microman Royal Guard
Crowd Controle Clone (with one of Straxus' own helmets)

Progress will be slow though, since my workspace has to make room, so our attic can get its makeover. After that's done, it's back to customizing!

Got my fourth one a little while ago (far right):

Need to clean his hair, which has been painted with some kind of marker. Should pose no problem.

Star Wars Action Figures / Re: Incom's customs: QT-UT
« on: July 6, 2007, 02:29 PM »
Hm, it's been a while.... Here's a movie crossover I made for the Yakfinities. This is QT-UT, an all purpose utility droid on the set of Kill Bill 1 & 2. This little fella stood in as reserve-backup-last-resort-stunt-triple for Uma Thurman and was supposed to direct the 5th and 6th unit. Unfortunately, his services were never called upon, so he just stood in a corner, acting as a water cooler...

I think we're gonna see that in the new Clone Wars series. At least, that's what I thought I saw in that trailer at TOS.

OT: nice paint job on the Gunship, Smelly. I like those patches of shades.
