Has anyone had a problem with this yellowing?  The torso on mine has already noticeably yellowed.

« on: December 25, 2012, 11:18 AM »
Both are loose.

The Clone is from ROTS and is complete and in perfect shape.

The Stormie is loose.  the left shoulder pad has fallen off but it stays in place fine when displayed and looks like an easy repair, other than that its complete and in great shape.

These were used only for display.

$135 shipped for the pair within the USA.  Confirmed Paypal addresses only please.

Happy Holidays and thanks for looking

Had a bad experience with the MODs over at RS a long time ago.
It was silly.  I made a newbie mistake and was scolded like Full Metal Jacket and never went back.
I remember thinking that yeah, the MOD was right, but it was the way they went about it.  Clowns.  no tact.
Bunch of drapes over there.

The Clone Wars '08-'13 / Re: New Clone Wars quality
« on: March 14, 2012, 01:41 PM »
The plastic seems much cheaper and it has nearly nothing in the way of articulation compared to its counterpart.
anyone else notice?

I now have two of these troopers in my collection, and I cannot say that I have noticed a difference in the quality of the plastic.  Of course, if you are comparing it to the phase 1 trooper (which first came out in 2008), the newer figure lacks ankle joints, and possibly a waist joint.  But the plastic?  No, I can't tell a difference.

Jocasta's Reading Room / Omnibus reading order
« on: March 7, 2012, 01:11 PM »
Wanted to see how everyone reads the timeline and give my take.
I went with what ever story takes place first in a particular Omnibus based on 0 BBY

A Long Time Ago...(I consider the Marvel book an entire different timeline so I just read it separate)

Star Wars Legacy Read all of the films first in whatever order you like, this is what the EU is based on so reading it in exact order does not fly with me.  I like to see the core story Lucas came up with and I consider every comic that came after that, weather its in the past, present or future, to be influenced by the original films, so the films should just come first IMO.
I prefer the Marvel adaptions of the original films because they reprint the individual issues and I like the original adaption to A new Hope

Star Wars Omnibus: Tales of the Jedi Volume 1

Star Wars Omnibus: Tales of the Jedi Volume 2

Star Wars Omnibus: Quinlan VosóJedi in Darkness

Star Wars Omnibus: Rise of the Sith

Star Wars Omnibus: Emissaries and Assassins

Star Wars: Omnibus--Droids

Boba Fett Omnibus

Star Wars Omnibus: At War with the Empire Volume 1

Star Wars Omnibus: At War with the Empire Volume 2

Star Wars Omnibus: The Other Sons of Tatooine

Star Wars Omnibus: Early Victories

Star Wars Omnibus: Shadows of the Empire

Star Wars: Omnibus--X-Wing Rogue Squadron Vol. 1

Star Wars: Omnibus--X-Wing Rogue Squadron Vol. 2

Star Wars: Omnibus--X-Wing Rogue Squadron Vol. 3

Star Wars Omnibus: Droids and Ewoks(not sure where or if this fits into anything)

The only comics I ever read were the original Marvel (the first TPS are how revisited these) and Star Wars tales...oh and some infinities.
I found that I love these Omnibus things though.  Reading stuff I never saw before and its a good time.  The Boba Fett one was cool.
