I'd swear when I opened my box of Kubys this past week that the plastic smell was stronger than ever.  They must be trying to ensure the addiction doesn't break.  ;)

Ha!
That's why I call em Crackbricks

I've got my Sacul in a case from Oscar.

I sent him the bubble depth of Sacul and he sent along the correct size Kubrick Case (I think he said he has two differnt depths now).

Works great, looks nice and keeps carded Sacul nice and safe.   ;)

How much would cases run?
I'd like to get at least one for either the Cartoon Fett and Parco Sandtrooper.

thanks

RoBby said the same thing when I ordered Han & Luke. Very limited and couldn`t gaurantee (spelled that wayyy wrong!) I would get them. I don`t think this one will be a problem, really. Can`t wait to get this bad boy!

Sith n' Sudds...a little bit of beer and 400% Bricks before Series 7.
Can't wait.

I love the display crackbrick, and I think you are admirably insane for opening a parco sandie-
what's the story on the bases?

Indeed I am insane!
The bases came from a line called Myclone, they are Kubrick type Block figures that are a nod to vintage Microman and Henshin Cyborg...long toy history there.
Takara is now owned by Medicom:

Nice!
Look at all those stormies in the background too.
You are such an army building whore! No wonder I can`t find kubs around here...

Ha!
Can't even come close to you!
If I had as many as you the shelf would break!

How do you go about poping the head off the Kuby figs?  I'd like to make a n X-Wing Luke that can be displayed with the Jedi Luke Head & Hair and was wondering how you who've made custom ones went about it.

Just have to hope you get lucky on both the X-Wing Luke and the Jedi Luke and you get just the head and not the neck from each of them.
Just have to pull the head...that sounds dirty.
I had luck in both cases and bad luck as well.
2 Lukes, one just the head, the other the neck and head.
Same for the two Luke Jedis.

A List of Vintage Kenner Figures not yet made into Kubes:

List of figures from the Vintage Line we have not seen as kubes just yet!
This does not include playsets, Beasts or anything else like that, just basic figures.

Hammerhead
Both Bespin Guards
FX-7
Snowtrooper (oh man I have my fingers crossed for one, or a few of these)
Leia Bespin
Hoth Rebel
Lobot(would love that one)
Ugnaught
Leia Hoth
Hoth Rebel Commander
2-1B
AT-AT Commander (veers)
Luke Hoth
R2 Sensorscope
Cloud Car Pilot (would love that one)
C3-PO removable limbs
Lando Skiff (series 7)
Bib Fortuna
Biker Scout (series 7)
Chief Cherpa
Royal Guard (series 7)
Gamorrean Guard (series 7)
General Madine
Klatu
Leia Boushh (series 7)
Rebel Commando
Ree Yees
Squidhead
Weequay
8D8
Klatu Skiff
Nikto
AT-ST Driver
B-Wing Pilot
Pruneface
Rancor Keeper
Teebo
Lumat
R2 Pop-Up Saber
A-Wing Pilot
Imperial Dignitary
Anakin (flesh)
Amanaman
Barada
EV-9D9
Lando General
Romba Warok
Yak Face

Droids Cartoon, I think the only one we will see from this line now is 3-PO.

Vlix (how cool would that be?)
Jann Tosh
Jord Dusat
Kea Moll
Kez-Iban
See-Threepio (C-3PO)
Sise Fromm
Thall Joben
Tig Fromm
Uncle Gundy

Ewoks Cartoon, doubt we will see these:

Dulok Scout
Dulok Shaman
King Garneesh
Logray
Ugrah Lady Garneesh

Kubricks that were not in the vintage line, pretty sure all of these have been made in the Modern Hasbro line though:

Not sure if the Chase Kubricks of Fett would count, worth mentioning though.
Cantina Band member
Sandtrooper(White, Orange and Black)
Darth Vader with Luke's face
Han Stormie
Leia Slave
Rebel Trooper
Tarkin
Wedge
Droids Boba
Holographic Leia
R2-O5
Spirit of Ben
Doda Bodonawieedo( I hate counting the SE)
K-3PO
Luke Ceremonial
Ten Numb

The only one I think that Kenner nor Hasbro made is the R5 Imperial Unit.

And then we have the new movies...I might have to take a bridge if they release them along side the Vintage...imagine all the Clones...

Does anyone think the Bricks will go long enough to comprise the entire Vintage Line?

For those that have the Chase Wedge, notice that it looks like he is wearing a flight cap under the helmet. The X-wing Luke doesn't have this paint job. Maybe this could be a Hoth Wedge, minus the gray gloves and boots. (I only recall seeing pilots wearing the flight cap on Hoth)

Maybe I've had too much wine.  :P

I just noticed now that you mentioned it.
This Luke Custom I made came out good.
The head popped off the neck perfectly, same happened with the Luke Jedi head I used.
On the other X-Wing Luke I tried this on, the necked snapped with the head attached.  Got lucky on this one.

That's a very good suggestion.  I'll try and clarify the distribution a little clearer for people.  Thanks!

Cool.
Thanks for the reply and keep up the amazing work here !
Gotta love all the Kube attention, I love these darn things.

Losing interest?  Absolutely blasphemous.

These guys are my favorites.  Only thing I wouldn't readily unload is the loose vintage stuff and the Kubricks.  Everything else is no big deal.

I just let go of most of my Vintage...the bricks got a hold on me.

I got the Bootlegs as a gift.
Then i got the Bounty Hinters as a Gift, I had intentions to buy those anyhow.
Picked up a box of 12 of Series 2.
Then it just got nuts...ended up splitting a case with two friends of Series 3, did the same for Series 4 & 5, then we split a case of Series 6 and I bought a MC of my own.

In your pics, it looks like you've got an extra Rebel Fleet Trooper...wanna sell it? ;)

He got that one from me!  I got it in our case that we split, the extra ended up going to me.  So I traded it for a Stormie!
Had to help out my buddy.
to get an extra for myself, I broke up one of the sets from my Master case so I could at least have 2 for my collection.
I just could not help myself!

Also, is the tie pilot's helmet glued onto the head? or somehow glued to the chest piece?  Do you guys just force it off?

The helmet comes off, its a plain head though, not the one i put on the custom.
