The production still you posted shows that ribbed hose running up along side the bench seat.  I don't know if it would quite be the right scale, but you might try using a guitar string to replicate that hose.

That is awesome.  Make sure he does the preventive maintenance on the laser.  They take a lot of attention to keep running properly.

Time for an update...
I ended up putting the Micro Machines and Legos into storage.  My hope is to build a barn on my lot someday and then make the loft into a dioramic collection room.  As of today though, it still resides in my spare bedroom.

Jesse, some of your comments are assuming the bubbles are all the same size.  I haven't really paid that much attention since I open mine, but have the standardized the bubble size with this line?

Beautiful work!  Nice solid construction.  Good weathering.  Nice use of soft goods, so they don't look too bulky.   The diorama pulls it all together too.  Kudos!
