Star Wars Ships and Vehicles / My Hasbro Vehicle Improvements

Hasbro always has to balance between logistics, scale, play value and cost of production. But when hasbro did not make accurate Turrets that shoot missles every time you pull the sound effect switch they whent to far. I actually bought a second Millenium Falcon, Cut off the barrels off one turret and added it to the new another.  Just kidding, I don't have that kind of money but I still have the mold for those of you who are with me. Lets start a revolution. ! It's time Hasbro stops tellin us what we want!  .... ok its time for bed Patty.

The original hasbro version

I am sorry to announce the passing of fellow customizer Toni Carbone. Otherwise known as Bikeridetony. He was verry much involved in customizing Kubrik figures and was also involve in the music scene in California. He had a long up and down battle with brain tumors and passed away yesterday peacefully.

If somebody can please repeate this announsement to the right forum or location I would appreciate it. His family is also wondering what to do with his 400 Kubrik style blister packs and many kubrik figures. I have been told that the familly is having some financial problems due to the cost of his hospice care and other expences.

Customizing Tips and Tricks / Sharpies
« on: July 16, 2007, 09:03 PM »
How do  guys feel about the use of sharpies. I will post some rencent work that involve a lot of colors

Any of you who saw my Ewoks get painted at C4 would know that they whent like hot cakes. Would any body know the legality of selling such items. Yes they are clones and possibly bootlegs however, after they are painted and customized are they still considered bootleg? I'm thinking of casting astromech and Jawas.

Through my contacts at Lucas films, I Emailed Steve Sansweet but he has not replied.

I just want to say that I have been behaving and feeling a bit irritated and immature towards some issues ( in some PMs ). That being said, I don't like to make excuses for myself but a very good friend of mine is sufferring from Hodgkin's disease (Lymphatic cancer) and I've been doing a lot of work for this father of three despite being a father of a 5 month old myself.  Money and time have been a stress for all of us.  Preparing 200 Ewoks for Niub is also challenge. Now that I have spent the money and shipped the cliffs, I feel I can relaxedly work on some minor contributions and raise toast to everybody.  I like the way things are wrapping up and coming together. Know that I will be at the convention hall Wednesday night (setting up with Niub) and that I can help then. Master Phruby Let me know what you need.

Firts we get da Spice den we get da credits  DE we get da WOMEN!!!
