Portions of HML 3 shown at NY Comic Con, pics courtesy of TNI/MarvelousNews.

Thanks for the tip.  Black Knight looks okay, but they could have done much better.  Not even a removable Helmet?  Bah.  I picked up a BK custom off the internet a year or so ago that is 10x better - feeling more smart about that buy every day.  It was $100, but it also came with his winged horse.

I found a code for HTS, and I'm told it can be used even with the sale going on right now:

I haven't tried it yet, but for those little Rodimus and Thundercracker Titaniums, I might.

How much is this good for?

Justin, if you've got people you want to leave feedback for here, our feedback threads are alphabetically listed in a sticky thread at the top of the feedback forum.  Just browse down and click the person's name and you'll get their thread.

Cool - thanks for the tip!

I assume you mean the Titanium version as they both have diecast.  If that's the case, then I can see why....

Yeah, I'm talking titanium.  He's extremely loose right out of the package - I haven't even tried to transform him.  Is the reissue diecast?

Hi Justin, Welcome to JD.  I just joined not too long ago and am pretty new here too.  So far, I've like it here a lot, and everyone's great.  Hope you enjoy!  Very cute kids!  --King

Thanks KM!  Any chance you're one of the MN delegation?

I got two complete sets of the WM figs 70-74 in the mail from a friend last night.  Guess the Saga is complete!

Date: Making my own and answering it.

Marry: This is out of control.

Kill: Missing the point!

Now THAT's funny.  ;D  Thanks for the chuckle!

Wizard has pics up of the variants for HML Series 2 (Quicksilver, Yellowjacket, X3 Jean Grey/Phoenix):
Here you go Justin

Wave 2 Variants

Thanks man!  Quicksilver variant looks pretty cool - I might pass on the others.  What's the difference between these and te reg versions?  YJ is slightly gold versus blaring yellow?  That's cheap.  And what's with the Jean variant?  Apparently she comes in regular and hungover versions.  This is a far cry from what Toybiz was putting out there AND they're $2 more!   >:(

Kubricks / Re: Kubricks and Minimates
« on: February 22, 2007, 12:51 PM »
the new toyfare has a bunch on minimates pictures in it. It says that target is getting a wave of 2-packs as exclusives. Iron Spidey is in it.

I'm Iron Spidey'd out.  How long did he wear that costume, 3 months?  Any report on what the other mini's will be?

Thanks for the pics.  I think these are pretty cool too - good way to get my kids started on action figures at an early age.   ;D

I heard April as well.  Anyone know what the variants for wave 2 will look like?  Sounds like there is a quicksilver one and a yellowjacket one this time around, so I have to get 6 figs to get all the Avengers.. :-\  I heard about a movie phoenix variant as well, but have no idea what the difference will be - probably just a head sculpt.

Robot Heroes

I guess that, with Hasbro owning the TFs, a line such as this was inevitable.

I wonder when the cutesified GI Joe ones will be out.  ;)

I'm drawing the line at these.  I buy all the star wars ones and I started collecting the Marvel ones that contained Avengers figs (just because the Hawkeye fig is ultra cool), but I'm not buying the TF versions...a man has to have limits.  :-\

Got my full size TIE's from in the mail today, both with the crappy POTF2 Pilot instead of the more articulated one.   :P  Oh well, can't complain about BOGO.

A buddy of mine picked up 4 sets, two each from different stores. The first 2 he opened up had only dark-haired RFTs, the second 2 had only brown haired ones. I picked up 2 sets last night from a totally different store. One BP has 1 of each trooper the other has both dark hair.

If getting both troopers is important to you, inspect the package at the store.

What?  Variant Battle Backs?  UGH!
