Collections / JediJman's Vintage SW Collection

Okay, if I've timed this correctly, this will officially mark my 5,000th post on Jedi Defender. To celebrate, I've picked up the last remaining vintage figure missing from my collection. A figure that has eluded me for over 30 years - the rare Blue Snaggletooth. I wanted to take a few pics to mark the event in time and wound up taking shots of all my loose vintage. I'll eventually get some pics of my carded figs in here as well, and the vintage 12" collection I've been assembling (still need that elusive R2!). For now, I hope you enjoy the pics.

So says the guy who will pay big bucks for Chase figures. I hope the Chase is something lame like an alternate JarJar. Or maybe even a fig from another line like a GI Joe Kubrick or Captain Kirk.

I didn't catch it the first time, but he's right - she spins both ways. I saw her rotating clockwise, then closed my eyes and tried to look for her going the other way. Try it a few times - I can see her going either way if I really focus on it.

Availability has definitely driven me to cut back, and I'm not as hard core on these as most people I know. Probably a combination of frustration in trying to get new figures along with the economy pushing people to sell.
