Any word on whether you'll be able to order one if you can't attend SDCC?

If recent history of the past few years holds, there will be a brief 35-second period after SDCC where they will be up on HasbroToyShop for order...   then there will be a second 7-second window when they re-post it after credit card declines and inventory reset.  Good luck!

The Black Series 3.75" Figures / Re: The Black Series 3.75" - Wave 4
« on: February 15, 2014, 11:32 PM »
Supposed to be pretty much this:

Wave 5 assortment as rumored by JTA... most like confirmed at Toy Fair

Luke Skywalker [Dagobah Training] (x2)
 Yoda [Dagobah Training] (x2)
 Snowtrooper Commander (x2)
 Toryn Farr (x2)
 Dack Ralter (VC07 repack) (x2)
 Bastila Shan (VC69 repack) (x2)

But like I said someplace else in here tonight, 4/5 are sort of interchangeable.  They will hit close together in the summer so what we are calling "Wave 5" here may actually hit before "Wave 4".

Missed another good opportunity to get some Clone Wars inspired characters out there, rats.

There are at least three Clone Wars figures coming to the Black Series this fall - Rex and two other as yet unnamed clones from Season 6 - but not much else planned for Mission Series or Saga Legends basic  figures.  Once Rebels gets rolling, that will be the animation focus going forward.   :-\

Star Wars Rebels / Re: Star Wars: Rebels - Class II Vehicles
« on: February 15, 2014, 10:54 PM »
are these vehicles supposed to be in the same size range as the earlier "shrunken" offerings, like Slave 1 and the Jedi Fighters? Also how tall did the walker appear to be? From the pics the vehicles seem fairly large, but there isn't really anything to compare with.

In-between.  Definitely not "super-small" like the 2012/2013 stuff.  Closer to the old vehicle scale, but also not surprisingly smaller ship choices as a result.  The Phanton is small... but it's supposed to be.

The walker is pretty tall, not any smaller in height than the AT-ST.  Lots less articulation than the ATST which is why it's cheaper I'd say.  Should make the legs sturdier for posing/standing it up though compared to the last ATST.

Star Wars Rebels / Re: Star Wars Rebels Mission Series
« on: February 15, 2014, 10:33 PM »
They made a point of calling it out in the presentation.  Its a way for the Rebels show to seem familiar to Star Wars but make it "all new" to the casual fan who isn't so aware of those designs.

Another one they called out was Kanan's "mission gear" Hero 12" figure - recognize the backpack (and YES, there will probably be a 3.75" version of this Kanan at some point in the line I was told ;)).

Again, this is a 12" Hero Mission Figure:

One other note... these have a $25 price tag on them now.

Didn't take long for the all-new, all-smallish Class II to creep back up again, did it?

There were pretty open hints about it but no one was willing to come right out and say it, which is why I said...

There were hints that a Dais/Salacious Crumb type set could come in the future

Either they got someone to confirm it on the record or they are just willing to risk being wrong and tossing it out there as confirmed.

And here's the Toy Fair 2014 Gallery

I think these are kind of fun from a simple toy perspective.  Like you said Jesse, this is sort of the new, dirt cheap Angry Birds / Fighter Pods / whatever.  Not sure kids play with army guys anymore, but like you said Jesse they are making a comeback of sorts.

Here's that Tusken I was talking about...

Star Wars Rebels / Re: Star Wars Rebels Mission Series

Again, the pics of the Legends wall didn't turn out all that great for some reason.  :(

Here's Zeb and Stormtrooper pack.  Zeb was pretty much ripped off from inspired by McQuarrie Chewbacca:

« on: February 15, 2014, 08:42 PM »
Posted so far:
Black Series - 3.75"
Black Series - 6"
Kids 12" Figures
Role Play
Saga Legends Basic Figures
Saga Legends Mission Series
Star Wars Command
Star Wars Rebels Vehicles

That concludes the booth showroom photos for Star Wars.  I'll be posting some other non-Star Wars stuff and the offical Press images next...

Only new figures for the non-Rebels Saga Legends Basic Figures were Maul and Snowtrooper and both of those leaked early so I didn't really reshoot much on them.

Did get a few shots though...

Saga Legends Basic Figures Toy Fair shots are up now

Apologies if you're into this line, for some reason a lot of my shots were pretty fuzzy.  I salvaged what I could, and it focuses on figures we hadn't seen yet - Ezra, Kallus, and Stormtrooper.

Since Jesse was ogling his 12" Soap Bottle Kids Figure, I thought I'd fast track his Legends figure - Agent Kallus, a decent looking Imp dude:
