The system was put into place when only that number of title options were available. We are open to adding new ranks that are less spread out.

At this point the only thing you will even remotely notice is the increase of cache size on the new processors. Additionally, what is the latency on your RAM, Adam (CL)? That is a big factor in RAM performance. Did Alien Ware tell you what chipset the motherboard uses? Without a stable motherboard, it doesn't matter what processor, ram, etc you put in if you don't have a good motherboard. Also- I know this is a laptop so you don't have a whole lot to go on for hard drives, but maybe think about increasing hard drive cache size to 16MB. If I was going to upgrade anything on my PC at this point, I'd get a new board (instead of the low end motherboards that Dell puts out) and keep my current processor and RAM configuration.
Yeah, I'm a junior in high school, too, and am starting to think about careers and colleges and all that jazz.
I've thought about majoring in something with Education. I've always wanted to be a high school teacher, especially after having some of my teachers this year. Does anyone know what specific major you would go for if you are looking to become a history teacher when you're out of college?
So, is there any compatibility issues if you still have a dial-up Internet connection and TiVo (which both require a telephone connection)? I mean, doesn't VoIP still use a regular phone jack for the phone to connect to the digital cable? I would assume that it would be the same for the TiVo connection and computer (for dial-up).
