The Black Series 6" Figures / Re: 6" Wampa and Hoth Luke
« on: July 6, 2015, 11:40 PM »
I got mine from HTS and I think it is fabulous. The Wampa is freaking heavy! They really went the extra mile IMO.

The horns are grey and match the lips and eyelids. Not sure if that is screen accurate or not but seems fine to me.

Love the Wampa. Maybe they could have done the blood a little better, but overall this is a nice toy. Very surprised at the weight.

I'll take 1/100 of the team over 0/100 any day. If making one EU/Rebels/whatever fig loses me one OT fig I'll take it. We're obviously going to get plenty of OT figs. For me the "out of place" thing means nothing. That being said I wish we were talking about something other than Revan or even Sabine. But I'll still be excited to have either one randomly sitting in with a bunch of movie based figs.

I am also the person who has custom 6"-Vlix, Jaxxon, Jaina, SOTE Luke, SOTE Imp. Disguise Luke, and others in my collection. So that kinda tells where I'm coming from.

If some time in the future I have to look back and see I could only have Sabine or Lando ESB in my collection I'd certainly rather have Lando. That being said I might be willing to gamble voting for Sabine in the Fan's Choice Poll because I think it's the only chance she gets made where as Lando "most likely" will get made even if he doesn't win the poll. Seems like fair logic to me.

It's fan choice so it's hard to argue. I'm just glad those youngens voting for EU and PT are out there helping make sure the world of SW continues to be relevant. Without it what else would we complain about?

C-3PO is a repaint.  Best paint update they made is coloring his knee the correct silver color.  TVC version had an incorrectly colored gold knee.

Thanks. Just different enough for me to wish I pre ordered it but not enough to have a panic attack.

Has there been an official decry on what if anything is slightly different about this c3po and the Vintage Collection one?

I will be disappointed with the de-evolution of the figures if that's where we go but I will NEVER be done buying. Less collecting competition I guess.

I am so glad this show has become good. I'm stoked to see where the Vader/Ahsoka story will go. Did she lie to Ezra and Kanan or did she really not know it was Anakin?

That's a must have!

RIP. I didn't realize he was that old.

If not only because of collector OCD, I hate when I haven't even completed one wave of figs before the next one hits retail.

Works out nice that the current "owner" is a douche and not some average guy who thinks he has legitimate ownership

And the prevent defense costs another team a victory in yet another sport.

I'm not looking for an actual answer here, but how can HTS still not have put Doom up on their site yet? Is Target providing them with their website inventory?

I would take one. That being said if you have no other plans to pick more up just ignore me. But if you do and can just throw it in the MN box that'd be great. Thanks either way
