I hate turning the OT into something you'd do at the end of practice to determine who wins a game. That's why I really hate the NHL shoot out (not to mention that it makes the game worth 3 points) and don't like college football. What happened to special teams and field position and all the other things that are actuall a part of the game. Stop the Saints from advancing the ball. Return their punt and kick your own field goal.

I think most people would want a College Style OT with alternating possessions from say the 35

That's not real football. That's as dumb as the shoot out in the NHL now.

12 men in the huddle coming out of a timeout. That's not even possible.

I feel indifferent about last night's episode.

I am very excited for next week. Obi Wan with his lightsaber battling a Mandalore with a Beskar sword. SWEET

Maybe I missed somehting between Tom Hanks coming out and Neil Young singing or maybe Lynard Skynard ended some other show, but I didn't get the last thing we saw on that show being all about Will Ferrel singing Free Bird.

After the Cowboys/Vikings game, Prince had a vision of the future...  and it's Purple & Gold.   :-X

I heard that this morning and wow does it suck.

I just want to get this straight based on some of the anger here. Hasbro has built a time machine and will be going back to the late 70s/early 80s to release PT stuff with the OT stuff they had already put out? Is that correct?

It's not that they are just giving us a card now that brings us back to our days of childhood with both OT and PT?

Now I understand the anger.  ;)

I might finally cave on these.  I wonder what's up with Target not tagging these right, but I'm not complaining.

That's weird if it's at more than one store. Target is so anal about things being marked correctly when they take a price cut. They are supposed to have a price cut balloon and a label that states new and old price.

If this ends up being all it sounds like it could be it should be awesome and maybe even "worth" $200, but I can't see how I could ever justify that much for one item anymore.

I'm very glad about the ATRT. All the other versions came out during the window of time I was able to show some self control with my purchases so when I get this one it will be my first.

I'm not excited for this pack in but can see kids liking it and I don't see why giving us this instead of the piece of nothing we got with CW before would cause them knock the price down.  ;)

There is no such thing as running up the score in the NFL. The stuff about Favre or whoever getting hurt on a play like that does have some validity, but I like keeping the momentum going.

And thank you to Paul for the timeout comment. Exactly. If you are going to use your time outs when your down by that much, which I have no problem with Dallas doing, then don't become a little whiny baby and go cry to the other team if they use that time to score.
