If they are going to keep giving us new pilot characters we've never had before It's hard to complain about it being a reused body in my opinion.

Yeah. If Target is done with Tites we are all screwed I think.

Nothing better than a bunch of jerks who have to try and scam free stuff and ruin it for everyone else.

Just Finished Omen. Now I'm waiting for them to send me my $18 check since the book should have only been a $8 paperback.

This was the worst/uncalled for hardcover SW book I've ever read.

Less than 30 pages left in the book and I can only assume these last handful of pages are going to be the most enthralling and action packed SW book pages ever for me to have paid the B&N hardcover price.

This does belong in the book thread, but I did read it and I don't think anyone thinks Meyer is a great author, but that doesn't mean the books weren't interesting and I guarantee it won't be a bomb at the box office.

I think efranks is right about New Moon being a sleeper for the year.  My wife is way into the books/first movie, and that fanbase in general is pretty enthusiastic.  I don't think its going to crack the top three, but top 5 is a distinct possibility.

Well, if they read the whole series, then I can't believe people would put too much into anything Twilight-related. The first movie/book were great, but overall that was the worst series ever.

I thought they were all interesting. And the millions of others who read all the books probably agree on some level too.

I've read about half the 236 page "Omen" book and really wondering where the justification of this being a $25 hardcover is coming from.

I'm excited to pick up Omen after work. The cover has intrigued me. And you know what they say about judging a book by it's cover. "Always do because it doesn't matter what's on the inside". Or maybe the saying goes differently......  ;)

Thankfully MN isn't anywhere near as bad as apparently Pitt is, but California gets stuff before we do 9 times out of 10 regarldless of the fact that Target HQ is here.

So we think the TX 130 Tank is out in stores too then?

Maybe this should be obvious but what's the Hyena Bomber?

Maybe it's just poetic justice that Detroit is whining the way Crosby loves to, but I'm so sick of hearing how Crosby was disrespectful for celebrating too long and missing shaking the other teams captain. Shut up!!!!! He won his first cup. Let him celebrate. It wasn't on purpose (like Lebron).
