Intersting news that Hasbro and Sideshow are both going to make the 12" scale figures. I am quite sure I'll pass on Hasbro's but you never know.....

The Amidala isn't part of the mini-bust line. It's part of the smaller Classics line which should be coming out in the next few months. Amidala is in the second wave along with a Snowtrooper and Momaw Nadon.
So it's smaller than the mini-busts but larger than the bust-ups? I seen a LOTR Legolas in a picture and I am wondering if that is the same size as Amidala. Any price point on these announced yet?
PS: Congrats on the Cody score!! It looks like a sweet one to get!

The only item I'll ever get from this toy line will be a 12" doll of Indiana Jones by Sideshow. I think they all look great but I got sucked into LOTR and now have a rubbermaid tub full of action figures I will never display again.

Though I don't get very many of these - the Queen Amidala one looks like a winner and I will happily add that one to my collection. Also, does anyone know when Princess Leia will be available to order? I would have thought that one would have been up by now....

I received this one as well as Leia Boushh today. Since I had seen it at C4, I knew what to expect but didn't realize how 'top-heavy' it was. I had to be pretty careful when I put it up on the shelf and make sure the legs were low enough so he didn't topple forward.
Not the best shot but it is really cool that he glows so well....

I don't come here for politics and religion so it makes no difference to me. I won't be going in that thread unless I have a bad case of PMS. Also, as long as it stays in the thread and any over-spillage is cleaned up quickly and heavy-handed by the powers-that-be, I vote yes.

Well, I shouldn't be surprised that there is a coin at SDCC also - which is cool but will make it all the harder for those trying to complete the "coin book".

ohh-kayyyyyyy.....I am taking back my comments of how great she looks. Her clothes look like they are all plastic but I am assuming it is some tight vinyl. The belt is frickin' huge and the cloaks pom-pom's are oversized. All in all-YUCK!!! I thought the shot at Sideshow was very nice and was expecting cloth for her clothing, to say the least. How disappointing after waiting so long for another Padme....

Oh Happy Day!! Now, I just have to make sure I am at a computer at 1:00pm on Thursday. I really hope we can order more than one-I have no idea because I have never wanted more than one doll on any order I've placed before. I'd like to snag an extra for customizing.....

I liked the name of Harry's second son....and what he tells him on his way to his first year at Hogwarts. All in all, I was surprised at how well Rowling had tied up alot of things (and people) that I had forgotten about and only wonder whatever happened to that old bat Umbridge.
