And really, repacks will be a fact of life with the line from here on out, because Hasbro will perpetually need to get new blood in.  They'll do that by always making sure the core characters in their core outfits are available - something Playmates didn't with the Simpsons, and it cost them - and since the best versions of those figures exist (for the most part) repacking is the sanest, cheapest way to do it.

If I were them, I'd just repack the VOTC figures every year, along with some updated PT main characters.  There's no real need for a new Han or Chewie or Vader etc. - some of them, like Luke and Leia, yeah, but more or less, there's nowhere else to go for these figures.

So long as they keep making great figures of characters I want, they can repack all they want.

I always loved the beasties.  I hope Hasbro finds a way to work some in as we go on, either as exclusives or into the regular line.  I'd like to see all the ones mentioned already, the Eopie especially.

I'm in the 'Someday' mode, too.  It's starting to get to me.  I have WAY too much now, more than my little space can handle, and even my patience, really.  I was at Target yesterday looking at all this new stuff, Evolutions and so on, and I thought, "I don't have anywhere to put it."  So I left it all.  I'd never done that before.

I'm pretty much limited to figures and the one or two deluxes/ships/etc. that I really like, like the Wookie Flyer.  I'm planning to try and organize it all here soon, but I've done that before.   

This is sad, because for all intents and purposes, this is it.  The cost of 'fixing' the foam problem more than likely outweighs the sense of keeping the shuttle operational.  There will be a lot of people in NASA and in government clamoring to move on.

This is cool, but I'm not buying any more ROTS Anakin's after the Evolutions one.  I too wish they had done this to start with.
