I personally predict the twins will break the 20 POA barrier in addition possessing a non-talking talking feature.   ;)

It's pretty cool.  A lot better than anything they've had before.

I've never seen anything intentionally go out of its way to suck like these have.  Good lord.

At last - at long last - handmaidens.  She'll pass for Padme.  Like Chewie, I'll buy many.   :)

Celebration Padme: perfect.

I found more Luke/Vader/Yoda VOTC at WM today.  I've seen all the VOTC at least twice now, which is more than I can say for some basic figures.

I still think this should have been in the regular assortment.  It would have been a nice way to trumpet the changes (or at least one of the good ones) for the DVD.

I haven't even seen the OTC Stormtrooper yet.  Seen all the others so far.  I think.

Original Trilogy Collection / Re: Are you having fun collecting?
« on: August 26, 2004, 07:31 PM »
It's more of a hassle than fun nowadays.  I always get excited when I see something new, much less find it, but the sheer volume of it all, plus the prices, plus the short pack/chase BS starts to get to you.

I agree with Chewie and Jesse, the funnest part now is customizing.  It's a challenge and creative and more and more the focus of my collecting.

Today I found the carry cases at WM.  $21.47 each.  Also tons of Dagobah wave.  Bespin seems less common.

Space has been an issue for over a year now.  I'm moving in the near future, and I think I'll use the opportunity to thin the herd some.  Like a lot.  My collection just spills over everywhere and even I don't like that anymore.  Sigh.

I may actually jump on that Version 2 case, since it has an extra Rabe and Wookie I can use for customs.  Hmm...

I've been looking forward to this since they announced it.  Can't wait.
