From fire-code violations to body-odor issues, overcrowding is the complaint on everybody's lips

hah :D
The middle of the Exhibit floor smelled horrible last year. :-X

Please people wear deodorant!  ;)

Borrowed these pics and captions from some otheR Site...Looks very nice, but - too pricey for me even with 1,400 bricks.

• Open the cockpit and place 2 minifigures inside!
• Turbo laser cannons on top and bottom can rotate and elevate
• Features a removable roof!
• Lots of interior details including Leia’s desk and command center with seats for 2 minifigures!
• Open the storage compartment to reveal the cargo transport vehicle
• Features rotating radar disc and 2 detachable escape pods!
• Measures 20.5" (52 cm) long, 7.5" (19 cm) wide and 5.5" (14 cm) tall

Ages 14+. 1,408 pieces.
US $149.99
Available in September

I'm hoping for a large interior on it, but I'll get it regardless.

They look great! I hope I can get one on Sunday, but my chances are probably 0 :-[.

I'm definitely going to get this one, hope they give him the pauldron though. ;D

Btw anyone know how much SS points are worth? I have 240 points right now. :)

Found the Republic Tank at Target this morning at NCF $49.99.  Freak sighting?  I missed that three week window at Christmas so I was happy to pick this sucker up.

Not a freak sighting, Lego did another batch.  They should also be hitting the Lego stores.  I found six at a local Target in my area.
I didn't get it last year so maybe now I will.  :)

I wish I'd gotten a SS Stormtrooper to go with Darth Vader since all I have to display him with right now is Jedi Luke.  :(

What are DPCI #s used for anyway?  :P

Have we forgotten....

"Smiling" Luke Skywalker - SDCC Exclusive
TFU Stormtrooper Commander - SDCC Exclusive
Can't wait to get those at comic-con.

Luke looks a little shorter than Han in this picture on the Comic-Con website.

Or it could be that Luke is standing behind Han :P.

I still think his head looks too big, but it's only the prototype.

Limited edition of 750?! :o I think that's the lowest ever.

Post pics, man!
I would, but I don't have a camera. :-\

All I can say is that SS really did good with details on Darth Vader. The only problem I have with vader so far is that he can't kneel down, but otherwise he's great.

Edit: he can keel down you just have to remove the belt holding the plate between his legs.

I just got mine right now! He looks amazing in the box, I can't wait to take him out. :)

At this point, I guess I shouldn't have got my hopes up that a very late pre-order/waitlist would get converted to a real order.
There's always ebay  :).

It seems like you can find SS figures on ebay for about the same price as if you pre-ordered them from Sideshow...sometimes you can find them for a bit less as with the Qui-Gon figure.

Mine was charged 3 days ago, but I didn't get a tracking number.
