Saw War of the Worlds today. Good stuff. Though there was some retard that kept laughing at every part.

Now I need to get out and see Batman.

They better be SA. And I kinda hope they aren't a Target exclusive. I'm sick of overpriced figures that can never be found. Whatever happened to the Wal-Mart exclusives that sit for years?

A better Boba came with the Cloud City set, he has arm and leg paint. But yeah, we need more Lego bounty hunters. Oh well.

I'll take some pics with some Minifgs later today.

Sounds good Pete. I can wait as long as needed, I just want to read a review of the thing that compares the two.

Nice story, Pete. Stick it to the man!

Anychance you have the VOTC Vader? If so, could you compare it with the Chamber Vader? They look almost the same to me in pics...

Reports say these are showing up at Wal-Marts, and now I want some. Are these exclusives, or will they be available everywhere?

Anyone have a link to the trailer?

Yeah, the Stormies have waist and knee paint.

Also, Vader's face no longer has eyebrows, Palpatine is grey colored, and the Imp. Officers are peach colored. Those are all the changes to the minifigs, I also believe slight modifications were made to the Shuttle itself.

I too am waiting to get this set. I was going to, but I blew $250 this week. Perhaps in a few weeks when I can work up some more cash.

Looks like you won't have any more money for extra figs to customize. :P

Wow! I saw this a few weeks ago, but it was on your website. I love SOTE, it was my first true exposure to Star Wars. I like how simple everything looks, it comes out great, IMO. My favorite part is the junkyard battle. I LOVE the train car you made!

Please, show us more! ;D

Found the Red Variation today and bought it for trading, but now I kinda want to keep it. :-\

I'll need some time to decide.

LEGO / Lego Star Destroyer Bridge
« on: June 28, 2005, 01:48 PM »
Here's the SD Bridge I made for my photonovel. The base was made in a few hours, but it's the walls I had trouble with. I tried using panels at first, but that didn't work. So I decided to do entirely brick built walls. I may go back and add a roof, but not for a while.

Hope you like it. :)

Star Wars Dioramas and Displays / Re: Diorama/Playset Spotlight

Staying with the Star Destroyer theme, I just wanted to share the Lego SD bridge I built for my photonovel. I'm finally happy with it. :)

I may try and add a roof later, but not for a while.
