My suggestion: LET IT GO. It's just a freaking toy convention. Yes, it sucks that JD couldn't cover it in their own unique way, but there will be other conventions. Also, if you want the coverage, just go to another site and get it. To be honest, I completely forgot about JD's coverage until it was mentioned by DeanPaul. I just clicked a link provided by a forum member in one of the threads, looked at pics, and posted my opinion. No different than if I had viewed the pics at JD.

To quote everyone's favorite webmaster, "Get a life and move along."

I still think the headsculpt is pretty good. The rest of the figure is meh, but it's meant as a display piece/novelty item anyway, so it doesn't bother me one bit. I'll still get one, since I'll be getting all of the VTSC.

That Red ARC kitbash is great, too bad they couldn't do that with the blue ARCs, along with giving the Red one a rangefinder.

I'll be picking up the Hunt for Grievous and Senate battle packs for sure, along with a Gunship. Still debating if I should get the Grievous, but I probably won't due to these horrible prices. :-\

I'd just like to say that this year's Toy Fair motto ("Where Play Meets Profit") fits Hasbro perfectly. They play around with collectors by releasing subpar or repainted figures which we buy anyway, giving Hasbro a huge profit. :P

So Toy Fair is this weekend, and I'm not expecting much from Hasbro. Maybe prototypes from a new wave, and info on the Bounty Hunt figures, but that's about it.
