Thanks for taking questions P-Siddy! Is it too late to throw some Star Wars inquiries your way? As for Joes...

Any chance of Zombie and Ninja 7-packs based on the concept vault figures shown at Joecon 2012?

great question - quite frankly, I would love to see everything from that concept vault released!

I have a question:  When will the Quinn or the Data Viper you showed us last year be released?

I finished the HK-51 companion quest on Monday and purchased him to use as a Legacy unlock for my lvl 15 Vanguard Trooper.  Supposedly HK-51 makes leveling easy-peasy.

I logged in briefly yesterday to buy HK gear from the trade network (he comes equipped with lvl 50 gear, but unfortunately he cannot use it until he hits lvl 50!   :(.  Perhaps tonight or tomorrow I will be able to give him a trial run.

6" Figures / Re: 6 Inch Figures?

BOOM!

Here is the first figure...

http://www.usatoday.com/story/life/movies/2013/01/29/hasbro-star-wars-black-series-action-figure-toys/1872035/

and news on the 3 3/4 inch scale:

Quote
The current "vintage"-style line of 3¾ figures will also continue under the Black Series banner.

but then this makes me cringe:

Quote
"Our focus here is the adult collector, the dad," DePriest says. "We know they have their own generation of youngsters they like to share the adventure with. It can be something for dad, and the 3¾ world can be something for the kids to share."

aka, the 3 3/4 possibly turning into 5 points of articulation garbage, like we are seeing Hasbro do with Spiderman/GI Joe/etc.

You never saw at the end of the movie where the alien comes out of the engineer/space jokey or whatever they are called?!?!?!   That is the best part of the entire movie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  It is like just after the start of the credits or something.

and yes there are images on the links page.  packaged images of David and Deacon (not sure why he is called Deacon either).  And at the very bottom of the page there is an image from the back of the packaging which shows preview shots of both mutated Holloway and Fifield.

update:  http://avp.wikia.com/wiki/Deacon

The creature's production name became known as "The Deacon" because according to Prometheus director Ridley Scott its head looks like a Bishop's mitre, the Christian church Deacon's pointed hat.

Azog and Warg = 3 3/4 - I think....  It looks like this one has no ankles so that is why I am suspecting as much.  I just don't recall Azog having an arm when he rode the Worg.  Maybe he rode a Worg at the beginning of the movie before he lost his arm.

The pic with Azog, Radagast and Bolg should all be 6 inch figures.  I say this because Bolg has ankles whereas the 3 3/4 inch version did not.

All the dwarves should be 3 3/4 as well.  No ankles plus Grinnah is behind them (I am pretty sure there has not been a 6 inch Grinnah).  Dwarves look awesome - lovin Bombur!

Oh, and of course there is the mention of PLAYSETS!!!!!!   Awesome!!!!!! But really, I think early on, Thorin/Goblin King was considered, or described as, a "playset".
