Toy Biz did a clear Bilbo in a TRU exclusive set with clear versions of Frodo and Gollum. I'll see if I can find a pic. I got it for like four bucks at my local TRU, so I know it's real.

Edit: here we are-

Even though I have this one, I'll probably try to get the new one.

Man, there was the Laser Viper, HEAT Viper, and the 2nd Steel Brigade in that case. And they put all this great stuff aside for Retaliation? Wow. That worked out really well.

Yeah, I thought about shelling out some big cash for him too, but seeing what it costs at the Con, I doubt I'll be able to afford the ebay prices on him. Boo.

I'd not be sad if Vintage/ new old movie stuff ended. I now have Tarkin, Slave Leia, and Wedge on vintage cards, which was really my last goal for Star Wars. It's been a great ride, and it's experiencing the painful, drawn-out death I always knew it would right now, so just let it go, please. It brought me a lot of joy, but you can only kick a dead horse for so long, and if AOTC and ROTS in 3D ever actually happen, they aren't going to help any.

Oh, OK. Thanks! I've been wanting that new Prime, but the import prices were just wow.

Galvatron and his crew would be awesome. And I really like the idea of them not being on Earth in the next one. My interest is piqued.  :)

I heard that TRU was getting the new Prime and the Starscream mold as Thundercracker this fall... any truth to that? I don't follow the TF news as closely as I used to.

Grabbed Tarkin and Nikto from Amazon, and threw in Aayla because I don't have her yet. I figure the extra $3 these cost each is for shipping, and now I don't have to go nuts trying to find them. Hopefully they arrive in the same nice condition my order from last week did.

BBTS has pics of the MP Soundwave:

$170, though. Ouch. Think I'll wait and see what the US release will have, if there is one.

Well, at least TRU is good about stocking their exclusives. Basic figures, not so much. Totally in for the Ewok set. Will have to see the Rebel set in person before I decide.

Scored a light-up Vader at WM just now. Also saw the snow speeder Luke, but left it. Are these the only new figures in the wave?

132
Grabbed Hoth Luke, 501st Clone, and Wedge from Amazon just now. I figure they'll arrive all bent to hell, so these will probably be openers.

It sure would be nice to be able to buy these in store...

Grabbed the 6" Cap today. Was disappointed that the shield didn't have a plastic clip to attach to Cap's arm ala the ML versions, instead having those weird straps. Really ruins an otherwise decent offering.

Now I doubt I'll grab the rest of the 6"ers, not only because all my WM has left are four Iron Men, but because I'm pretty disappointed in how this one turned out.

What bothered me was there's five in my city, and not a one will be getting them until, I guess, their next reset. I got my set today, and for a bunch of frankenjoes, they are pretty cool. I was really hoping Hasbro would get this version of Snake Eyes out at some point, and it's great to have it.

I'd almost love to see another set of these, something like Falcon from the Marauders pack in his original colors and some other stuff Hasbro can do with existing tooling. The accessories are light, but it's nice to have a stand in the package, something sorely missing from the movie figures.

Nice. I expected to see one of the NA Skeletors before this one, but it's great nonetheless.
